The London Eye broke down just as we entered, but we were able to get a place the next day. Don't worry about people with disabilities - they treat you like royalty!

The view from the Eye was amazing. It's definitely worth doing. It was cold and raining when we went, so we didn't really need to pay for the express pass, but oh well.

Great guide and tour, just don't go in the afternoon in fall or winter. The sun was setting behind Parliament and so made awful pictures of Westminster Abbey and Big Ben!

The London Eye flight was good. However we don't see the point of pre-booking your flight time as you still have to line up to collect your ticket and then line up again to get on.
