Collecting tickets was a bit of a nightmare. Had to go to two different areas; it took ages. Would not like that to happen again.

The Eye was perfect; not too much queuing to get on. Long wait to get on the boat for cruise, but worth it.

Great fun. Skip the line is almost a waste. After giving in our vouchers, you then have to go separate long line so the skip the line does not gain you that much advantage. The line does move quickly and the view is great.

Saved a lot of time by skipping the queues, especially for the London Eye. Good deal as the tickets are cheaper than if you buy on the spot. It was easy to find the counter to exchange for the tickets.

The London Eye was great, and the views are spectacular. The cruise was a little confusing. We had gone to Tower of London by Tube and attempted to pick up our tickets at the pier there to get back to London Eye. We had to ask three separate people before one of them issued us with the cruise tickets and the Eye tickets. I'm still not sure whether we were on the correct boat or not!

It was great. I am not one for heights but this was fabulous. Did not even feel the movement. The ride was so gentle and the view was great. Loved the river cruise too. Would have enjoyed it more had the weather been kinder. It was cold and wet when we were on the river cruise.
