The river sightseeing trip was definitely well worth it. We could alight as we pleased and it was certainly a very worthwhile experience, seeing London from another aspect. The staff on the river cruiser were excellent. The London Eye was a different story. We go there around 3pm and the queue was unbelievably long. We waited about 45 minutes before we got on. The management of the queue was a joke - it crossed a very busy path and then split into two. People who were well behind us suddenly overtook us in the second line. This certainly needs reviewing. We would spend the money on the cruise again without a moment's thought but not for a trip on the Eye. Perhaps once was enough for that experience!

The tour was great - definitely worth while during a stay in London. I would have preferred to book the times for the cruise and London Eye ahead of time - it did work out for us and we did not face a huge line up.

Very worth it, however, confusing as to where we were to sign in. Checked in at the London Eye, and were told to go across the Thames for boat check in. Went across and found out this was wrong, had to back to the other side. Breathtaking views from the Eye.

It was exactly what I expected. A once in a lifetime experience. I do not need to do it again. The Eye was a nice angle to the city, as was the water bus. It would be nice if they had some more words about the parts of the city that we passed when steaming up and down the river.

Smooth transition - went to the front of the queue, no problems at all. Enjoyable day!

The Thames cruise was brilliant except for the poor catering standards. We were looking for a sandwich and there was only one left. We were offered a sausage roll instead which we had but it was very poor quality. The London Eye was an experience and the views were stunning however I was agitated by a group of children who were allowed to climb all over the rails and to someone like myself who is not very good with heights it was a worry. One child even had her arm and leg hooked through the arms of he door when it was announced that we were landing and to stand clear of the doors. I feel there should be stricter control of things like that, maybe via cctv.

The Eye was fantastic. Getting our coupon exchanged for tickets was not as easy as it should have been.

Both the eye and the river trip wee very enjoyable. Had the impression from the paperwork I received that we would go as far a Greenwich but we turned at Tower Bridge.

Great trip with children. A little time waiting in line for the London Eye because you get your tickets before the cruise.

Both the river cruise and London Eye are must do. However be aware that you may waste valuable time trying to work out where to get your ticket validated. It is on the right hand side of the London Eye where people purchase the tickets for the river cruise.
