Entertaining and informative commentary. Weather allowed for a very good birds eye view of the city. Overall a memorable experience.

The London eye is pretty good for getting a birds eye view of London. Don't get scared if you see a long line, it moves very quickly. I can't say much for the river cruise as we took it from Waterloo to Tower Bridge, but the tour guide was knowledgeable and very funny.

We arrived at the pier and could not locate the Viator office handling the ride on the London Eye and the cruise. Finally we crossed to the east side the Thames River and walked to the London Eye and went to a ticket office next to it. There was no identification of the site as to Viator trips, but it turned out to be correct office. When we presented our e-mail confirmation, we were told it was only for one ticket, not two as we had ordered. I pointed out that the confirmation was priced for two people and told the clerk to contact Viator; after we waited for at least a half hour, they finally issued us two tickets. The London Eye and the river cruise were fine; however, the hassle made us wonder if it was worth all the bother we went through.

The London Eye was impressive and the Thames cruise was nice, but trying to get the printed Voucher changed over to the actual tickets was a hassle. We went to the City Cruise location on the voucher, but we were given only the ticket for the Eye. When I pointed out that it was the Cruise also, we had to wait about 15 extra minutes before another employee finally showed up to show him how to do it correctly. In the meantime, the lines got longer and longer.

London Eye was underwhelming. The effect was as if I was standing on a rooftop, except that there wasn't any ventilation. London does not have a spectacular skyline. The cruise had a very good "tour guide" and made the trip very enjoyable. It would have been nicer if the boat had gone down river a bit more.

It was nice. We loved the cruise. The London Eye would have been cooler if they talked to you or something.

They do not provide flexibility. They should have an option to take the boat trip on a different day.

The Eye was nice, but the river cruise was much shorter than I would have expected.
