This was by far one of the best things we did on our London trip. It turns out that we went on an extremely crowded Saturday and booking the fast-track ticket was definitely worthwhile. We moved to the front of the line while everyone else waited in the rain!
You do need to call BA London Eye after you get your voucher, but the instructions are clear and helpful to do so. The overall experience booking through Viator was seamless. Would definitely do this again.
This was a great experience, especially for the children. It wasn't as scary as we thought it would be.

Its a cool thing to see and Viator organises the queue and immediate access very well. I felt safe using Viator for this excursion. A must-see if you are in London. The Thames cruise was more than I expected and the information shared on the cruise was helpful and unique.

I believe the London Eye is a worthy stop; however, we found the area around the site messy and not very clean, somewhat diminishing a very pleasant activity.

Make sure to purchase skip the line pass. Normal wait is 70 min. Excellent view of London on a clean sunny day.

Definitely worth doing, and skip the line ticket was well worth it, too, as it is extremely busy and has long queues. A brilliant view of the city.

Was great chance to see everything that you would miss out on when on a bus so definitely worth a trip but get fast track tickets to avoid queue.
