Perfect way to see London when time is short.

With only one day to see London after a tour of Britain, this seemed to be the most comprehensive day tour available and we were not disappointed! Definitely a must! Our tour leader was thorough, knowledgeable and amusing!! It was a good mix of bus tour, river excursion and walking tour over a full day.

A great tour to do on arrival to orientate yourself with the city and help you to decide what you want to revisit. All the major sites were covered. Our tour guide was charming, knowledgeable, and could be clearly heard and understood. Our tour fell on a day when they were not doing the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace but everything else was perfect. The boat ride turned out to be quite informative to our pleasant surprise. There was enough time allotted to see the White Tower and St. Pauls Cathedral and it's Whispering Wall. We elected not to eat lunch with the group and went to visit Trafalgar Square nearby instead. It was a long day but you were on and off the bus enough so that it was not just a boring ride though London. The tea and scones at Harrods at the end of the tour was the perfect touch. We did other tours of Buckingham Palace and the London Eye. It was a splendid combination.

This was an amazing tour. I went with my parents and all three of us really enjoyed it. The tour guide was great and extremely knowledgeable. We went to all the major sights. We went on a Sunday when St. Paul's was closed to tours, but we still stopped to take pictures outside and were given time to walk to the Millennium Bridge. Also, there was a marathon in London that day, but our guide and driver knew all the back roads and we were able to see many of the not so famous streets in London too. This was a really great tour and I recommend it to everyone. A few tips - make sure that, when your guide gives you a meeting time, you're there. We had to leave 2 people behind because they were late. Also, I definitely recommend calling to confirm your tour. We stayed at a place outside the main parts of London, so they directed us to the Ritz for pickup, which was right outside the subway stop, making it extremely easy to find.

This tour was amazing! The guide was excellent and very informative. If you want an overall tour that gives you the real variety that London has to offer, this is the tour to do! The climb to the Whispering Gallery in St. Paul's is not for the faint of heart but was an amazing experience for me to share with my 13 year old son. Optional lunch was very good and a great pub choice for a mixed group. Perfect location to view the Guard Change at Buckingham Palace. The tour through the Tower of London Crown Jewels takes place before the Tower is open to the general public - no crowds. Thames Cruise was great!

Driving in London looked impossible. It was a blessing to let Viator do it for me. And they knew the way to the best sights and sounds of London.

Great tour! Our tour guide and bus driver were friendly, informative and fun. There were only about 12 of us on the tour so that made things much better, as well. We were the very first people at the Tower of London and so had it virtually to ourselves for a little while. Don't rely on this tour to see the Changing of the Guard though. Even though we got to Buckingham Palace before the official ceremony start time, you really have to show up 1 hour 30 minutes in advance if you want a decent vantage point. Otherwise, every aspect of the tour was a lot of fun and very interesting. A great way to see lots of London in one day.

The guide and the driver were excellent representatives of their country and of their company. I think all of us tourists enjoyed the historical information the guide imparted, and the joviality of both men. Also, the Tower of London Beefeater was particularly funny. A real actor! I was disapointed that we didn't see the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. I think traffic caused us to be late. Maybe the tour operator should allow more time to get there.

This trip is a MUST for first time visitors to London. The early morning privately guided tour of the Tower of London was the only way to see it. No lines and no waiting. What a pleasure. Everything went like clockwork. Our guide for the day was fabulous and fun! To top it all off, high tea and scones at Harrod's. This is a fabulous, fabulous trip!!!

The tour was excellent - it included all the high spots I wanted to see. The tour guide was knowledgeable, personable, warm and courteous. The bus driver also was very pleasant and confident. Seeing St Paul's instead of Westminister Abbey was not a disappointment, and I appreciated the fact that substitutions were possible. The tour certainly provided ample time for me to see all I wanted to see and to take pictures and time in the gift shops. The river ride and pub lunch were terrific. I certainly wouldn't have done a boat ride on my own, however, it's really a great way to view the city. Finishing the tour at Harrods - tea and biscuits a great pick up and a civil way to finish the day. I also can't thank you enough for providing the pick up service at my hotel door and eliminating my concerns about finding my way to the central station. I had only one day in London and really feel I maximized the short time period. If you can only do one tour this was the one!
