Our tour guide was really nice and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. The bus that was supposed to pick me up at the hotel "broke down" and I ended up taking a cab to a local bus station to pick up the tour bus. They reimbursed me my cab fare. The actual tour was great and fast paced. Get lots of rest the night before. I didn't and was struggling to keep up the pace of the day. Overall pretty good for one day in London to see the hot spots.

We ended up with a small group which was great. Our guide was good, friendly, and knowledgeable.

A truly lovely day. Our early morning tour of the Tower of London prior to the crowds arriving was great. Our pub lunch was great, and finishing the day at Harrods for afternoon tea and scones was a real buzz. Our tour leader was great; in areas such as St Paul's Cathedral her knowledge was astounding. Yes, this is one to do.

Great tour until the tea at Harrods. It was tacky, to say the least. The main dining room got silver, china, linen tablecloths and a lovely tea. We were put out on a sunporch with plastic tables, no tablecloths and everyday china. The table was given one pot of tea for 6 people and one scone each. That was not the tea we were looking forward to.

An excellent tour with a knowledgeable guide. The only drawback was the lunch, quite crowded and service could have been better at another pub perhaps!

Great tour and a wonderful tour guide. Our only disappointment was that many of the buildings, like the Tower of London, are partially covered and surrounded by scaffolding for refurbishment. This tour is fast paced and there is very little time to dawdle. But this is so that you can see the most in one day. A definite trip to take.

Good tour, full bus, 2 screaming kids did not help, but you definitely get to see a lot of the best sights. If you only have 1 day there, it's excellent.

We had a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. The only hitch was that the tour was canceled on our original date, which was the day after our arrival in London. We rescheduled for another day, but had hoped to use the tour as an overview to decide what sights we wanted to return to.

Our tour guide was very accommodating. He was very well informed and pretty funny. We got to see a lot of London on our bus ride and the walking tour was good as well.

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. We toured on New Year's Eve, so the traffic in the city was not too bad, giving us a little extra time. With the extra time, we were able to see some sights that were not listed in the description of the tour. Our tour guide was absolutely wonderful, we could not have asked for better. The only thing we really did not care for was the pub we went to for lunch. The food was not that great and it was a little pricey. We had option to meet the group after lunch and if I were to do it over again, I would do that. Also, the tour description mentioned champagne with the tea at Harrod's, but we didn't see any. The tea and scones were wonderful, however. Overall a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this tour.

The tour was excellent and certainly worth it if you do not know London. The guide's knowledge of the city, including less obvious things, was an excellent bonus. The sole disappointment was the Thames Cruise - really saw nothing of significance. Get your photos of Tower Bridge while at the London Tower - the cruise does not go up that far. Scones at Harrod's were awesome!!!
