The tour was excellent and certainly worth it if you do not know London. The guide's knowledge of the city, including less obvious things, was an excellent bonus. The sole disappointment was the Thames Cruise - really saw nothing of significance. Get your photos of Tower Bridge while at the London Tower - the cruise does not go up that far. Scones at Harrod's were awesome!!!

With our large group, it was a more efficient way to see these major sights.

Seeing the changing of the guards was not possible, as there were way too many people there. But the tour was great nonetheless.

I enjoyed the tour and the pub lunch. The guide was good, but skipped on a lot of the important cultural, economic, and interesting facts about London. The Harrod's tea was very disappointing. The people on the tour only got two scones each with our tea. The Viator write up also states champagne, which we never got.

My main objective of the tour was to see the changing of the guard. Unfortunately, we became crushed in a group of other tourists, etc. and were nearly trampled trying to obtain a spot to see the changing of the guard. This of course was not necessarily the fault of our tour guide but I believe there should be a little more foresight in seeing the possibility of this occurring. Maybe we could have not spent as long a time at the Tower of London in anticipation of such a crush. All other aspects of the tour were very good. Our guide and driver were well trained and able to answer any of our questions.

This was a great way to see all the sights of London in many different ways, via bus and ferry. I enjoyed hearing the history of each place we visited. It was very educational. I would warn everyone to take rain gear.

We had to a lot to see in one day, but the tour was so well-organised that we were able to get through everything. We even managed to get through the crowds well. We really enjoyed the tea and scones at Harrods at the end of the tour, it was good timing. We would recommend the tour.

A good overall view of city highlights. It was easy to find a hotel close by for pickup since they didn't pick up at our specific hotel. The tour guide was excellent. The lunch at the pub was fantastic - worth the extra charge. And ending up at Harrods for tea and scones and a chance to shop was terrific!

This tour was wonderful - Westminster Abbey was the highlight of my trip. I adored our tour guide. I was a bit disappointed that we did not get to see either the Changing of the Guard or the Horse Guard Parade, though. I'll have to come back and see it another day!

This tour was rather well conducted. We got a hotel pickup, and our guide throughout the day was very knowledgeable. The pub lunch was OK. For the Thames River ride - don't forget sunscreen! I really admired my guide for all his useful and interesting tidbits of information. My only word of caution for participants is do not get lost or lag behind: You will be holding up everyone else who paid to take this tour.

The tour was wonderful. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, personable and eager to make the day memorable. Only problems: bus station departure not great and boat ride made day a bit too long and lunch a bit too late.
