The driver will collect you from the hotel lobby and if requested, will assist with luggage. Passengers will be taken to the Heathrow terminal of their choice. The minibus will only visit the hotels required by passengers onboard thereby saving unnecessary stops or delays. On arrival at the terminal door at Heathrow, your driver will direct you the check-in area for your flight.

London Gatwick

From your London hotel, you will be transferred by shuttle to Victoria Station where you will be greeted by a representative and escorted to a special carriage on the Gatwick Express Train. Assistance with baggage will be provided where necessary.

Upon arrival at London Gatwick, you will be met and assisted with your luggage and escorted to the main departure concourse in the South Terminal. Passengers departing from the South Terminal will be shown to the check-in area and those leaving from the North Terminal will be directed to the check-in desks.

Most airlines request passengers to check-in at least two hours before their flight departs. Therefore, you will need to depart your hotel approximately 4 hours prior to flight departure time. The first hour is for the journey through London collecting passengers, the second hour (which is also a safety margin) is for the journey from the outskirts of London to the airport. For Heathrow this is normally a 30 - 40 minute bus ride and for Gatwick, a 30-minute train journey. This leaves the last two hours for your flight check-in.

• Buses are not fitted with wheelchair access equipment. Passengers traveling with a wheelchair are advised that they must be able to board the vehicle on foot. The wheelchair should also be collapsible. The supplier may be able to arrange alternative transport if they cannot serve you using one of their own vehicles. At time of booking, please advise you will be traveling with a wheelchair as there is often an extra charge for using this service.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 piece of carry on luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier to see if your excess luggage is acceptable (contact details on confirmation voucher).
• Journey times will depend on time of day and season, however this is the only service licensed to use London's Bus Lanes with the exception of public buses and Black Taxis so you will avoid the worst traffic – even private limousines have to sit in the traffic jam!
• Vehicles will be modern 10 or 12 seat Mercedes or VW shuttles with leather seats and full air-conditioning
• We guarantee we will make no more than 3 drop offs in addition to your own, and these will all be local to your destination minimizing overall journey time
