Great tour worth every penny. Sterling guide. Would highly recommend. Very interesting x
Must see tour! Enjoyed every minute of it. Guide was terrific. One of the best parts of our London trip.
If you are a fan of rock music from the 60s forward, this is a great tour for you. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the music scene in London and really brought to life what was happening in London over the past 50 years or so. The tour was not just about music, it was also about the counterculture movement in London that rock and roll inevitably creates. In addition to lots of great stories about the Beatles, Stones, Bowie, the Who, Clapton, Hendrix and others, the opportunity to visit the famed Abbey Road crosswalk, and to see Abbey Road Studios (if only from the outside), my favorite part of this tour was that we visited areas in London that the bigger city tours do not. Having the opportunity to drive through Chelsea and Kensington was one of the highlights of our trip. If you want to better understand how the rock scene evolved in London from the 60s to present and have the chance to see parts of London that you might not otherwise have the chance to see, I highly recommend this tour.
Wonderful afternoon. Give yourself plenty of time because we had an extra hour added on! Guide very knowledgeable and questions welcomed. Tour bus extremely comfortable and clean. Very good value.
Liked the small group, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and negotiated the traffic and route well. Really enjoyed the extras along the way. History really interesting.
Great tour. totally enjoyed it. very informative, great guide. Fun and interesting different view of London
Excellent - amazing for rock fans fun for any student of cultural history.
Great tour! Guide was knowledgable, witty, and considerate, not to mention a good driver who skillfully negotiated London traffic. Highly recommend!
Mike was absolutely incredible! Obviously enjoys what he's doing. Very well informed and went out of his way to include the interests of those on his tour.
Great afternoons tour, tour guide Mike was very informative and new his stuff
Great overview of the people and places in the London music scene. It covered everything and our guide (Chicago Mike) was great! I would / will do it again when I visit London again.
My husband and I took this tour on June 14, 2013 with Bob. He was great! Knows his rock music and the rock legends. The tour bus was comfortable, only 8 of us on the tour, so that was nice. It got us into parts of London we had never ventured into before. Only one small negative...a comment Bob made about the US solders in WW2. He said most of them were black and expendable and did not go back to the US after the war, but went to London and introduced black jazz to London. We did find this to be rather offensive since both of our Fathers (white) served in WW2 as did many of my relatives (some who are buried in Italy).
We would like Bob to refrain from such untrue statements in the future. Other than that, the tour was great!
