loved, loved, loved this tour.......but it is most certain the Guide that made it.......Full of knowledge....Great Great My teenagers highlight of trip...... Only thing was it should start earlier so that you can Eat @ Sticky Fingers when stop there........ only one in world not like hard rock
An excellent tour. Chicago Mike was very enthusiastic and really knew all the facts and stories. Would recommend this tour wholeheartedly.
Chicago Mike was a great guide. He made it one of the most enjoyable tours we did on our entire holiday.
Chicago Mike rocked our socks off! Loads of knowledge, passion and humour made this tour worth far more than its cost. The odd non-music related trivia rounded it off well.
My only regret is I spent too much time taking notes and photos to take the experience in. No problem, I'll just do it again. Can't wait! :)
My family and I had a great time on this trip. My husband is the real rock fan and he especially enjoyed hearing about all of the background information about the artists. I really enjoyed getting to see some back streets of London that I probably wouln't have taken the time find. Our two daughters aged 21 and 17 were raised on this music so they were familar with some of the artists names but our tour director also gave them some information on current musicians. I would highly recommend this tour.
I just loved it. Although Im not much of a tour person, this was by far the most awesome tour Ive been to so far. The program was great, the guide was talking about interesting stuff and was entertaining and the music choice was perfect.
The tour was very good. We had booked a morning tour only. The tour was meant to leave 9am the lady on the desk rang the tour at 9.15 to find out they had mechanical problems and didn't know they had a group for the morning. After discussions we arranged to go on the afternoon tour and they kindly returned us back to our apartment as we had a London show to go to that night. Overall the tour was fun, informative with mad driving in London traffic and lots of laughs. We will go again when we return to London on a visit.
Bob was fantastic. We had the best time, he showed us so much. This is a must do for any visitor to London.
This tour is a great way to learn about Rock and Roll and see many areas of London in comfort. Bruce was able to customize the tour in response to our interests. I will recommend it to my friends. Thanks!
Myself and my partner did the morning tour this time as we had done the afternoon tour before. Would highly recommend these tours if you are a music lover. Guides always friendly and if you are interested in any particular group/person tell them and they will make sure to point stuff out. Had an american guide first time and a northern english man this time, both friendly, informative and enthusiastic! Only draw back on our tour was that there were three Brazilians, one with pigeon english who kept loudly trying to translate and in general they were rude and loud making it hard to hear the guide. In fairness the guide would have let us do the tour again the next morning to make up for it but we had other plans!
Great if your into the English music. A good tour for the family. Courteusy and knowledgable tour bus operater.
One of the bets tours we've been on. Our guide was just the person you would want giving this tour...friendly, informative, and accommodating. Rock and Roll 101. It gave us the opportunity to see areas of London that we might not have seen and gain some impressive" rocking" trivia. Across London's Rock n Roll universe!!
Excellent tour, taking us to some places that figure in rock's history (Freddy Mercury's house, Abbey Road, where Jimi Hendrix died, etc.). Tour guide was irreverant and knowledgeable. Small group made the tour worthwhile. Only criticism - would have liked a little more time off the van at Abbey Road, and at some other places.
