Ian was a wonderful host and guide. We saw things and places we'd never thought we'd see, plus many landmarks in the pantheon of rock music! A must for any fan of the English music scene of the 60s ,70s.80s and more. It was like having an old friend show you "all the spots". Highly reccmmended.

We had a great time. Bob took us all over London - Kings Rd, Abbey Rd, Stickey Fingers, etc, etc. He had stories on every turn, chuck full of great anecdotes about all of rock's great legends

Our tour director was fantastic. He set a storyline that placed us in London in the 1950's and 60's which helped us understand how rock and roll got it's start in Londaon. Great experience.

Excellent tour--wish we had done this sooner in our visit, since we got a tour of all of London and it inspired us to go back to some of the areas we had seen, but we did not have the time. Not just for rock fans, our guide showed us homes of other celebrities, like Madonna, and gave us the background of the various parts of the city and their flavor. Saw where Paul McCartney lived with Jane Asher, his home in London for decades, his studios, and where he hashed out divorce details with his last wife, in an upscale coffee shop. Our guide had in depth knowledge of the music scene from the 1960s on--specializing on The Who, Jimmy Hendrix, the Kinks, Led Zeppelin, Queen, and of course the Beatles. Showed us the small clubs they played, where they bought their instruments, where they hung out, locations that were used in movies and album covers. I think we easily saw 50 locations, it was hard to keep up!

My husband and I took both the morning and afternoon tours and were blown away by the extent of tour guide Bruce's knowledge, as well as the variety of locations cited, both well-known and obscure, along the route. We were very impressed -- which is high praise coming from two "music geeks" who have been involved in the music industry for many years.

Excellent tour and guide! For those of us growing up in the 60s, it was amazing to see the sights and hear the stories from a guide who had actually lived it. Top Notch!

I HIGHLY recommend this tour. Our trip was to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday, and he has a love of classic rock. I had read the reviews for this on Viator and knew he would love it. And I we were definitely NOT disappointed. Chicago Mike was our tour guide and he is the best of the best. I am not a huge classic rock fan, but the wealth of knowledge and passion that Chicago Mike guided us with kept me fascinated. It was amazing to hear all the stories he had to share and the landmarks he toured us by. This is a MUST DO tour for rock lovers.

Excellent !! The guide was knowledgeable and excited about what he was doing "Mike from Chigaco". The tour was great, appropriate loud music, and a visit to Sticky Fingers restaurant, all wonderful.
