Driver was on time. Just need to have a big sign to see the customer service at the Heathrow Airport. Otherwise, it was an excellent service.

This service was extremely efficient and made my trip to and from Heathrow Airport to my hotel in central London and vice versa. I only had to wait no more than ten minutes after checking in at the service desk to get on a shuttle to bring me to my hotel. Right before being brought to the shuttle, I was given a time to be picked up for when coming back to Heathrow for my departure back home. The shuttle came at exactly that time and then brought me to the airport. This service took the worries of getting to the hotel and back to the airport and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London.

When we arrived at LHR, you had no record of our return trip to the airport. After a few phone calls the staffer got instructions to print a new voucher for us because we had a voucher that was Prepaid Return, but had only the inbound trip printed on it. Both drivers were interesting and helpful.

Very handy, pleasant, professional drivers. Communication with me regarding pick up for the return could have been better. It was not printed on my print-out, I wasn't asked about it at the desk, and had to call from the hotel later in the day.
