Our driver was great and very concerned that we had to wait so long for another couple arriving from Boston. It didn't matter that much and it wasn't all that long - maybe an hour, but we found out that the other couple experienced baggage problems with their airline. We saw a lot of London and went down some residential streets to avoid construction and other things that would delay our travel, all the while receiving an on-going commentary from our driver. He also warned us of certain things to watch out for and in all, the drive was pleasant and informative and I would book with Viator again without hesitation.
Our driver met us at the airport w/ a sign w/ our name on it. The drive to the hotel was excellent.
One less thing to worry about especially when it's your first time to London. Driver had name on card easy to identify yourself and be on your way.

Great experience - I arrived late, but the driver was still waiting for me. There were no other passengers, so the transfer became a private one!
Only another couple with my sister and I for a shared transfer. It was very convenient as we arrived at Heathrow at 5:30 am after the long haul flight from Australia. Driver was there holding our name card, and the van was parked very close to the exit. Worth the money.
The driver who picked me up from the airport was excellent very polite discussed various London sites along the way I could not have asked for any thing better give him a pay raise

Well worth paying the extra cost to be dropped off directly at the hotel. I was lucky to be the only person picked up for the transfer.

The gentleman who picked us after we came through into the Arrival Hall had a sign with our name, and we were taken to the hotel with some explanation of the sites as we passed by them. He was conscientious and congenial.
The driver was on time and the trip to the airport was very quick.
Driver was at meeting point when we arrived, drive into London took nearly 2.5 hours due to traffic.
