The driver was waiting for us. Short walk to car and not under any pressure. Although this was to be a shared transfer, we were the only passengers. Driver very friendly and helpful. Definately recommend

So glad we did this. We had lots of luggage, four people traveling together. You don't want to lug your luggage on the tube The tube is very easy to use but too many steps for all that luggage. First time in London so it was very convenient to have a transfer take us right to our hotel no hassles.

Excellent service both to and from Heathrow. Car arrived at exactly the time that was agreed. The vehicle was immaculate so too were both drivers) and the journeys were extremely smooth.We visit London every year to attend the Theatres and we will definitely use this service again. Joan H. Good! Found the driver waiting in the arrival hall the minute we came out. There was only 1 other person sharing the car, so had to wait till he was dropped off first before we were sent to our hotel.

We had scheduled a late flight and upon arrival, was I ever happy to see the driver waiting outside of customs to pick us up. Very professional, and we felt very comfortable with his driving skills.
I will do this again the next time we travel. Next best thing to a limo without the limo cost.
