This was awesome! I strongly recommend you do this your first night in London. You get to see the sights in the daylight on the way out, then see them lighted up in the near-darkness on the way back. However, it could be improved if there was a narrator or brochure available to tell us what sights we are seeing. The dinner was tasty.

It was fantastic. Loved every minute of it. The food is gorgeous and really decorative. Fine cuisine. If you go premium, you can drink as much wine as you like and/or any spirit drinks. The entertainment is really relaxing with the saxophone and a female singer with a really soft voice--goes really well with all the London attractions in the background and the candle lights in the boat. Would recommend it to couples or families without children.

Brilliant cruise, the staff were very accommodating, pleasant to talk to. The service was excellent, would recommend it to others to do.

We had a brilliant night on the dinner cruise. The only downside was the terrible smell coming from the toilets. You got used to it after a while and it didn't seem so bad, but as soon as you went outside and re-entered the boat, it hit you again. Such a shame, as everything else was very good. The welcome drink was of a poor standard, and all of party did not drink it.

We are comparing this cruise to the one we took in Paris last year along the Seine which was far superior. This boat wasn't as warm and inviting mainly because there wasn't any carpeting on the floor as there was in the Paris cruise. Also, the chairs were the kind you would find in a hotel convention center - certainly not well padded and stuffed as I expected. The food was okay enough, but it took forever to get our meal. In Paris, once the courses started, they were served in a reasonably quick manner, but allowed ample time to finish each course. Lastly, we were very disappointed that the photographer never made it over to our table. I wanted the memento to save as I had from Paris a year earlier. The boat was not even near capacity since we even asked our server. The cruise itself was quite nice, seeing the sights along the way, but we wouldn't take this again due to the comments listed above.
