This tour is perfect to get to feel the city, see some very interesting things and have a good start for your London days.
We stayed in London 4 days, and we thought it would be nice if we started with a tour to understand what's what and to have a general idea the following days. The tour is extensive, we reached all the points indicated, and we felt that we got what we paid for.
We had complimentary pickup from the hotel (it's one hour BEFORE the tour's starting hour, and you are taken to Victoria station where you board another bus with your guide for the day).
Everything went smooth, even though we knew it was going to be in a rush with so many things to see in a few hours.
DO NOT EAT AT THE TRAFALGAR SQUARE PUB, it's a dump, the food is horrible (fish and chips especially had a very, very fishy taste - disgusting, really) and the toilet stinks ! It's not mandatory to eat there, so if you think you can manage to eat somewhere else, you can (and I STRONGLY advise you to) do it. Plenty of options nearby, even a McDonalds if that is ok with you.
If you want it all in one day, to have free independent wandering the next days, this is it !

The tour was outstanding! Tour guide was wonderful! He was informed, informative, and funny. Had a great time and I will be in touch when I return to London in September to see Stonehenge!!

The perfect way to see a lot. The most sweet, knowledgeable and wonderful guide showed us London, and we all enjoyd it very much. I will highly recommend Viator, super service!

Our tour guide was all you might hope for. She added considerable captivating commentary at each spot. The locations selected were great - truly the top places to visit. I have had tremendous luck with Viator, and this London in a day tour was top notch.

If you have only one day in London take this tour. We saw everything! We took this tour on a Sunday and traffic in London is light. We were able to move about the city with ease. The highlight of the tour was our trip on the London Eye.

This was an absolutely fantastic day tour -- the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, the food at the pub for lunch was awesome and we enjoyed this very much--would definitely recommend this tour to anyone going to London!

We loved this tour. Saw so much in the time alloted. Excellent and very personable guide. Good sense of humor. We thought we saw the American Flag flying with the Commonwealth flag at Buckingham Palace. She assured us we hadn't but "if we wanted to come back home, it was never too late"!

This tour was great to orient ourselves to London on our second day and ticked off about 5 items from our 'must see' list. It was disappointing that the London Eye was not an optional extra as this was closed for repairs. Something to do next time!!
