Tour guide excellent, Eiffel Tower visit and lunch, superb, the boat cruise, not so good, the boat full of school children which took up all the seats and there fore all the listening devices which were only 1 per three seats, and not all of those few worked, so we missed most of the blurb, and unable to take photos as there is a glass roof which is impossible to take photos. The cruise was so disappointing as we missed all the information about the buildings , bridges and monuments.

Totally disappointed in this trip due to the trip on the Eurostar train. I paid for first class due to my husband and son being so tall. We where placed in seats that had a table not even together but across from each other. This caused issues with other travelers due to no leg room for everyone.

It was very nice. Lovely tour guide. One disappointment was the website said it was "FIRST CLASS" on the Eurostar. It was NOT. We received one up from the bottom.

Things did not get off to a good start when our tour operator showed up 25 minutes late with our Eurostar tickets and tour info. Fortunately, we were at the front of the line and didn't have to rush, but several of our group had to run and ask to cut in line to get through security in time to make the train. Upon arrival in Paris, we learned our bus had been hit by another one and lost a mirror, so we had to wait 20 minutes on a new bus to replace it. If the weather had been rainy or hot, it would have been a problem. Our guide was French and had a very heavy accent, making it difficult to understand at times. She sounded like she was reading from a script anyway. Lunch on the Eiffel Tower was amazing and the meal was delicious. We loved the river cruise, as well. All in all, a very nice day and a good schedule. Some rough patches, though. For example, one of our group was in a wheelchair and the elevator was out of order, so her companion had to carry her down steps at the Louvre. Not sure if our guide could have facilitated that better or not, but it certainly wouldn't have been tolerated in the USA. At the end, our guide practically begged for tips for herself and the driver, so that was a bit awkward. We decided it was worth it for having the transportation and tickets arranged, not so much for the guide or information part.

Disapointed with the service. No hotel pick up/drop off service even voucher has already mentioned. Cannot reimburse taxi fee without receipt. Won't join again

Our tour was cut short because the trains were not running, so we had less time at everything. The Effiel Champagne Lunch was not that great. I would not waste my money to do that again. Food was pretty bad. Did not have alot of time there, because we were always rushing to get to the next thing. Boat Cruise was nice, but not that exciting. When we got to the Louve we had no time to do anything but shop. Could not go in and see anything, so that was just a waste of time. Suggestion: Have the tour guide pass out the immigration forms on the bus, so that they are all filled in and everyone is not in a panic to make it to the train. This was really not a Luxury Trip, so I think I would take that word out because it is really misleading.

I was very disappointed with FIRST CLASS: the breakfast on Eurostar was crummy continental and the dinner on Eurostar was some cold snacks. Ubeknownst to me, there are two levels of first class and this tour level was the cheap version. The rest was OK although I thought it was bit confusing with no-one from Viator at the train station and getting passed along to the Tour Operator.

The trip to Paris was fantastic, however, the breakfast, lunch and dinner are the worst meals we have ever had, also, they say there is pick up from your motel, this is not the case and is misleading, dont waste your money on the Luxury Day Trip as it is a rip off, seeing the eiffel tower, the river excursion was fantastic, our guide was very nice and helpfull.
