Really love this tour and REALLY worth it of our money. The driver not only go to places that we want to but he'll find a good spot for us to take a picture. this isn't only drive around city but yes you stop and take a picture. The driver friendly with kid as well. So if you have short time in London do this tour plus you can experience black cab because only in UK. :
Our driver was great. He had many fun facts about life in London both past and present. We had two children 10 and 7 with us for the 3 hour tour and he kept them engaged as well. Great job!

This is an excellent tour! There were two couples and Richard Liddle provided exactly what we wanted: an overview of the London area as well as some of it's lesser known sights. We took the 4 hour tour and Richard made sure that we got the most bang for our buck! He also gave us advice on other places to visit while we were in London and the best time to go, etc. In addition, at the end of the tour he dropped us off where we wanted to go instead of back to our hotel. He also gave us a fantastic recommendation for lunch and took us to the Queen's chocolatier for a free sample of her favorite chocolate! It was a great but not cheap place to buy souvenirs.
I would also like to recommend Viatour in general. This is the 3rd European tour we've booked from the US and they have all been excellent. It can be daunting to book online in a foreign country, but Viatour has not disappointed us.
We had an awesome experience! Our driver, Mick, was very knowledgeable and his love for London was very evident. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone. We were a little disappointed however that our trip was to be a 4 hour tour and it ended almost an hour early.
Our guide was Andrew. He did a fantastic job of focusing on what our interests were and making sure we saw London as we wished. Andrew was a fountain of information! We learned so much about London and England! Loved the fact that we could ask questions of our guide unlike a hop on hop off tour. Black Cab tour was by far our favorite part of our London vacation. Fantastic experience!!!
We had the very good fortune of being led on tour by Andrew. He is the original real deal Londoner and we loved hearing about London's history from him. This was a highlight of our trip and a great way to see some great bits of London since we had only two days to explore. Thank you Andrew!
Wonderful ! Only having a short time in London we couldn't have asked for a better snapshot of all the places heard of, and seen on the news and TV, all of your life !! We considered the hop on hop off bus but really couldn't imagine that we would have seen and experienced half of what we saw in those fantastic 4 hours. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating from the moment we stepped into the cab until the time he dropped us off at Harrods! From Abbey Road to Lord's Cricket Ground to Buckingham Palace and the changing of the Guards ! WOW ! Caught up in the incredible excitement of the Parade our guide was fantastic in his timing and attitude - when we couldn't drag ourselves away !
Steve was amazing. Listened to what we were interested in and took us to those places and more. Really impressed. He went beyond the call of duty. Thank you Steve. He must be the best!
The tour guide was awesome very funny and informative. Loved the tour!
Everything about this was wonderful. Perfect timing for changing of the guard and very little walking which suited us oldies. Andrew was our driver/guide and he too was wonderful! Been London many times and saw more this time than ever before and all fuss free! Highly recommend!
Driver / guide Andrew Wilcox was excellent, he possesses a pleasant personality and very extensive knowledge of all areas that we chose to be taken to. Our tour was very enjoyable. Thank you.
Wonderful to have knowledgeable guide with terrific timing to get around to highlights in London. Definitely worthwhile and would highly recommend.
We had a fabulous tour with Andrew - he knows his history of London and shared many sites that we would have never know about - I would suggest this tour to anyone wanting to learn about London. Thank you Andrew!!!!

What a fantastic experience! We booked this private 4 hour tour because it was our first time in London. David, our driver, was fantastic! His knowledge, sense of humor, courtesy and respect were much appreciated. If your are new to London, as we were, I suggest taking this tour prior to deciding what to do during your stay. Though this tour is pricey, I believe it is worth it. I HIGHLY recommend this tour and suggest you ask for David! sorry, I don't know his last name and there may be more than one

Our driver/tour guide was fabulous. We got to see a huge amount in a short 4 hour time period. We saw both big tourist regions and small out of the way things we would never have known about. It was very personalized to our interests. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to see a lot but has limited time.
Steve our driver was the best. Especially since the roads were a challenge around London, due to the up coming London Mararthon and Gallipoli holiday. We got to see, more then expected standing next to the road and seeing Queen Elizabeth motorcade pass and getting a photo, walk among Westminster Abbey and hear the boys choir practice and excellent photos at Abbey Road, Steve was very knowledgeable and made sure we got pictures of us among the sights. We could had stayed with all day with him. Stories were shared and pointed us to some ideas for afterwards. Would do this again and recommend
Andrew was superb. Took us everywhere and showed us everything.. Very knowledgable. Great personality. Worth the price. Ask for him.
Great way to see the major sights, a perfect first day after our overnight flight from the US.
Absolutely amazing and fantastic!!! I have been telling everyone I know that it was the best thing we did in London. I had been to London many times but my sister-in-law, who was traveling with me had never been. This was perfect. We saw all the places she wanted to get pictures of and we did it in the very short period of time we had. Our driver, Steve, was amazing and very knowledgeable. I would recommend it to anyone. My sister-in-law loved it and was so happy she got to see everything we wanted.
Jerry (perhaps Gerry) was amazing- eloquent, entertaining and engaging. He had a thorough understanding of the history and culture of his country, as well as some "pearls" that we shouldn't miss during our visit- including some discreet, out-of-the-way experiences that most tourists- even Londoners aren't aware of. He also knew every side street to bypass the traffic congestion. This was undoubtedly one of our trip highlights. A tip of the hat to you, Jerry!
A friend had recommended this tour and I'm so glad she did! It's perfect for a family, no matter the ages. Tour is completely tailored to your requests, thoughts and interests. I think our driver's name was Steve (wish I'd written it down!). He was wonderful!! We were there right at the end of July when London was absolutely crammed with people. He showed us many of the sights we would not have been able to see and he took lots of family pictures for us! It's a treat to have all three of us in the same picture. The other great thing is that he told us how to get places by a 'less crowded' route and he also gave us tips on when was best to visit some of the sights. He ended the tour by dropping us off at the Sherlock Holmes Pub for a nice 'local' lunch. A real treat!
Our driver was very personable and we had a good time. We just ended our 3 weeks of Scotland, Ireland,
England and Wales. It was nice not being on a coach and getting out for a walk at different places.
