An excellent activity, we exchanged the voucher quickly and went in without queuing. The guides in each of the rooms were approachable and the whole atmosphere was relaxed. The rooms were beautiful and well worth seeing, it truly is a family home. The shop was good and fairly priced.

We were lucky enough to be there when the Palace was open, and had no problem getting right in.

This was a great look inside the state apartments of the palace. We were given a time to be there and went in right on time. It was well worth doing, as those lining up for tickets could not go in that day as it was booked out.

Top notch, fantastically curated tour, individual headphones and very very clear instructions. So beautiful, enjoyable and enlightening. Very very recommended even if you were not that interested.

Great opportunity and the pre-purchased tickets made it so easy.

The line up to change the voucher for a ticket was perhaps 6 people, 5 minutes or so. The line up to actually buy a ticket was probably 100 people and who knows how long. Viator saved us tons of time! Good job.

I read several reviews about the queues being long even for the 'skip the line' tour before I booked, so I was prepared. So when I got there, there was a tiny queue for the 'skip the line', totally fine with me, and it moved quite fast considering. LOVED THE TOUR! I wish I could've taken pictures but oh well, the tour of the palace is emblazoned in my memory banks. I highly recommend this tour, even with a bit of a queue. The audio tour really helped augment walking through the rooms and is included. Again, LOVED IT. If you're flip-flopping about it, go for the tour!

Buckingham Palace is awesome, and this is definitely a must-do tour. No wait to exchange the voucher, but at least a 20 minute wait before we were able to enter. The audio self-guide tour was outstanding, and allowed one to spend as much time as you wanted at any point. The ballroom set up for the state banquet was superb!

Absolutely amazing! It was great to be able to get our tickets and skip the line ups and walk right in on the timed entry.

Using "skip the line" was extremely easy. The day before our tour, the line was down the corner, but on our day, walking to head of the line made this tour effortless.

We loved being able to skip the line and enjoy the palace, which we will never forget.

Buckingham Palace has got to be the most beautiful without being overly decorated palace that I've ever visited. Having the tickets beforehand allowed us to enjoy our time doing other things instead of queuing in line.

Well worth the wait for security, etc. Great to see ballroom set out for state banquet. Audio guide was excellent - enough info without boring you, and times when you could get more info if you wanted it.
