Buckingham Palace was amazing, but afterwards they didn't have any documentation at the Grosvenor Hotel for us for the second part of our experience, the tea. We were made to feel less than welcome!! I was also told, "You will have to pay for that," when I ordered a glass of champagne from the wine list, knowing full well it was extra!!

Once we got into the palace, we were very happy with the tour. However, we were not impressed with the procedure to gain entry. "Skip the line" was a joke, I'm afraid. On arrival at the palace entrance, we were sent back to the palace shop, where we had to line up to exchange our voucher for a ticket. Then on arrival back at the palace gates, we had to line up with those who hadn't prepurchased their tickets to gain entry, only to queue up again with those fellow tourists who had prepurchased and then to have to wait in line while all the others coming off the street gained entry before us. Unfortunately, all this took the shine off the tour, and we were not impressed at all as we didn't skip any lines and actually had to line up more often and for longer than those who hadn't prepurchased. I think Viator should look at renaming this tour as it proved far from correct for us. The palace tour itself was wonderful, and I would recommend it to everyone.

Buckingham Palace was amazing, and our whole family loved it. There were no long lines on the day, a Monday, so we had no waiting time. The audio commentary was excellent. I would definitely do the tour again and recommend it to others!!

Obviously not what you see in the movies, but a good piece of history. Don't stress over it, but if you want to, do it.

The palace is lovely, but I'm not sure it's worth the price of admission. If you are going to Windsor Palace, I think it's safe to skip Buck House. Certainly see the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, British Museum, British Library and St. Paul's Cathedral first.

The tour was of a good length and covered a good amount of the palace.

Having a Skip the Line ticket made this worthwhile. I got right in to exchange my voucher and then just returned at my appointed time. The wait in line for tickets was over 40 minutes so I appreciated this. The Palace is fabulous as expected but very very crowded so be prepared.

Buckingham Palace is only open a few months of the year. Because of Viator, we were able to get advance tickets without queuing. The palace itself is opulent and obviously historic. It's about an hour and a half tour with headsets, which is all you need to explain the history and significance of each room. Visiting Buckingham Palace was excellent, but the Palace of Versailles outside Paris was to die for!

Loved the banquet room, shame there were tons and tons of people there, was a bit hard to see at times. Worth a look though
