I liked the palace.

Excellent value for money. The state rooms were magnificent, especially the banqueting room.

Queuing at entrance took much more time than anticipated. The State Banquet Ballroom was the main attraction.

Enjoyed it very much. I would recommend everyone use this service. Others were waiting in line much longer! Thank you.

Not quite 'skip the line', and the herding of 300 people was a bit of a surprise. But once you understand how it works, it's definitely worth doing. Impressed with the audio commentary & options. Would do it again!!

I never would have toured Buckingham Palace without purchasing these tickets in advance that allowed us to skip the queue. Even though we were warned in advance that most of the sights in London have very long lines, we didn't find that to be true anywhere except Buckingham Palace. Even mid-afternoon, the line was extremely long. I'm sure people were standing in line for hours just to get their ticket with their time to tour the palace.
These advanced tickets worked out beautifully. There was a man standing right at the ticket entrance who was directing people where to go. We showed him the printout from Viator and he directed us to skip the massive queue and go straight to the ticket counter behind another partition. We went right up and got our tickets for the time that was on our slip. We had enough time to then go to a local cafe for a quick lunch before our tour. The palace is lovely, worth a visit if you don't have to wait all day!
Very much worth seeing the palace, skipping lines is always a good thing.

The queue to exchange the voucher with the tics was less compared to the other queue but still we had to wait in the smaller queue for 35 minutes after which everyone joins another main queue which lasted for another 30 minutes, so be prepared even though you do have a fast track.

Firstly, it was a little difficult to find the area where I had to swap the voucher for the ticket. Once I found it, I waited in this line about 30 minutes. Then, my allocated slot was 2.30pm, but when I arrived by then as it stated, the queue was circling around the side of the palace. I thought this wasn't possibly right and asked around, and, sure enough, this was the queue I had to join! I waited in this queue for about 40 minutes before finally making it inside. So I think "skip the line" is misleading, because there is only one line, and that is the line I had to stand in!! I had the impression when I bought the ticket that I could go right to the front of the line, but it was not so as everyone else seemed to have exactly the same ticket! Once inside, the audio tour was wonderfully done, and the state rooms were absolutely beautiful, so for this aspect I would highly recommend it!

Excellent tour. Well worth the money, and skip the the line is brilliant as the queues were massive.

I understood that no queuing meant no queuing. We still had to line up to get the tickets and then line up to get into the palace. Very well organized, plenty of people around to direct you to right place, and everyone very helpful and pleasant with information during the tour.

We were under the impression that no queuing would be involved. We had to queue to get our tickets and would have missed our tour had we allowed only 15 minutes to pick up our tickets.

I thought we were going to see more but what we saw was worth it.

Luckily we got tickets ahead of time because they were sold out that day, tried to add a last minute guest and couldn't. Dining room was set up and was beautiful! 1st year they've done this, they said used head phone tour good. Staff very nice and informative as well - as tour started my 9 yr old had to use the toilet. The staff, instead of making him go to the public baths at the very end of the tour, led hi and his dad, to one of the 78 bathrooms to use! So, yes, he is very proud to say he peed in the Queen's toilet. This won't work for adults, alone, I'm sure. My nine and ten yr. old boys enjoyed it.
