The Hard Rock, well what can I say, it ROCKED!!!!! Although there was a large party of 10, this was no effort and with 1 hour notice they fit us in. The food on the Diamond menu was excellent and service was second to none, soft drinks were on a free re-fill. Well worth doing just as a meal out or as a celebration.
Walked straight in when others had at least a half hour wait. Food was great in London, service and culture spot on.

We purchased the diamond package and the food was great. There was a 90-minute wait when we arrived (on a Wednesday night!). We were promised the next 4-person table, but that took around 25-minutes. We still saved an hour though!
Good - but very busy helped having this booking - only waited about 20 minutes for a table
Staff were friendly on the whole, food was good, we did get to skip the queue, though the desert needed improvements, as it was too plain.

Food was fabulous! There were 12 of us and requested to be seated in one seating, we didn't wait for long, cocktails at the bar are really good. It's worth it!

It was good! though we came in at quite busy time, and had to wait for about 45 minutes.
We were turned away on our attempt at using the voucher for dinner on the day it was booked (26th Jun) due to the venue being entirely booked out for a private function. (obviously associated with the HRC concert)...so that was disappointing. The manager/staff were apologetic, very helpful and noted on our voucher that we could return at anytime. Fortunately our time schedule allowed us to come the following week. We loved it, great service, food and staff! .
Atmosphere priceless!! would go again in a heartbeat. The only reason we knocked off a star was for the initial diappointment of being unable to attend when we had a hotel close by and had been to HRC concert the Night.

GREAT FOOD, BUT THERE WAS A WAIT AS THERE WERE 5 OF US, BUT NOT TOO BAD.
Had a wonderful time. Only a couple of minutes wait till table was ready.Staff and food no problem.Would recommend.

The place was jam packed when we showed up, but we were ushered in and seated right away.
Nice meal too.
