Diana's Room and dress exhibit was wonderful. I enjoyed my trip and tour of the palace.
The vouchers were wonderful. We exchanged them for our tickets and went right into the palace. We did not wait in a queue.

Tour was great - really no line - may have just gotten lucky.
We really enjoyed the palace visit; always a wonderful thing to do in London. Even thought the palace was undergoing renovations, the princesses ghost tour was very interesting and gave a totally different view of palace life throughout the years. We really enjoyed everything about this tour, and would highly recommend it.

A wonderful place filled with history and a very beautiful flower garden that I just had to sit for a while and immerse myself in the breathtaking colors of the flowers.
Having bought pre-paid tickets allowed us to walk past line-ups and tour Kensington Palace at our leisure. I will definitely go Viator in the future.
Nice to have tickets in hand and skip the line. Also liked the hand held device that told you about the different rooms as you went through. Was a little disappointed in what we actually saw except for the dresses she wore.

Kensington Palace is lovely. There weren't many people waiting when we went; however, in peak times it would be a great time saver.
