Found this fascinating; so lifelike you had to touch the models to see if they were real or not! Very busy, however; would not like to go in the summer. Everyone wants their photo taken, so you should leave plenty of time to see things. Found it was very interesting to see how they made the models.

There were too many people in the building, making it very hard to get up close to the exhibits to take good photos.

I was traveling with two teenage girls, and they were happy with the visit. I would suggest going during the off-season. It was SO packed that it took some of the fun out of it. When I had visited earlier in the year, it was much better and my young friend really enjoyed it then.

It was great to be able to bypass the regular lines. The gallery is worth seeing. I had envisioned the museum as being a bit larger, but don't miss it. I would not recommend the add-on. It was very short and not scary at all, so save your money. Overall, this was very well worth it.

Madame Tussauds was really fun, and the figures are very lifelike. I liked that you could get up close to the statues. We got some great pictures.

Personally I've liked the medieval exhibition much more than I liked all the celebrities in wax.

Pretty busy and crowded but having a ticket before I arrived meant I skipped the queues and got straight in without having to wait for I would estimate at least 30 minutes.

Great service. Buying a ticket online helped us skip big queue, too. There was plenty to look at in the museum, and the chamber of horrors was brilliant.

This was an excellent exhibit, but it was much too crowded to enjoy it to its fullest.

I had the impression that the voucher would also cover also the entrance into the Chamber Live but it didn't so I had to pay a supplemental 6 pounds for 2 persons to enter there.
