Awesome place, great to have tickets and avoid the line up
Loved this tour. Wasn't overly busy at the ticket office when we arrived but better to be safe than sorry as it was a very cold day and it wouldn't of been too much fun standing around if it was busy and it did get busy not too long after that.
easy way into the Tower
It was nice to go in the group entrance and not have to wait in the long line.
This ticket was well worth the cost of not having to line up in the long ticket lines. Well worth the visit!
First of all, I love castles so I was in thrilled to visit the Tower of London. What made the visit there so great was the WONDERFUL man giving the tour in his uniform (not costume!). Make sure you hook up with a guide because they give a tour like no other. It is NOT boring in any way. He was amusing and informative and you wanted to hear what he said.
Loved the whole day, all the tickets did was get us in the door and we were able to entertain ourselves with purchased tour recording.
We booked these tickets knowing that we were going on a Saturday of a holiday weekend in England...very happy we did as the line was long to get in! Took us a few minutes to find the "Group Ticket" entrance (different than the main entrance), but once we did, we walked straight in. The tour from the Yeoman alone made it worth every penny - Billy the Beefeater was the most entertaining tour we have ever been on - he was so funny, and we laughed and learned a lot that day! We will return on our next trip in a few months...thanks Viator!
This informative tour is fantastic and as the ticket is valid for up to 7 days you can go when it suits.
It was awesome, totally worth the visit! But, if you go early, there's not really any queu that need to be skipped! Although if you have a different currency than punds it might still be worth it to buy it online, better exchange rate than paying directly there either by credit card or cash :)
A really enjoyable morning doing the London Tower. We did a self guide tour with radios and it was nice to just take our time a doing things at our pace. We spent about 3 hrs there which is loads if you are doing a short stay in London. Well worth going to see, so much history there.
Excellent! We walked right through inspite of the long line. The self-guided tour was just what we wanted. Afternoon tea in the restaurant was divine! A perfect day planned.
These skip the line tickets did save us a little time, even though it wasn't the height of tourist season. It was a nice day and the crowds arrived quickly. I recommend taking the Beefeater tour - very entertaining (free, meet at the entrance). Allow plenty of time to make your way around to see everything. The crown jewels were breathtaking and the White Tower held much history. Wear comfortable shoes - lots of cobblestone walkways. Overall, a wonderful day!
We timed our arrival at an excellent moment, so our skip the line experience was terrific. I would recommend anyone travelling as group to pay the little extra to avoid
the queues.
