Buying tickets for the Tower of London in advance was the best thing we did! We did not have to wait on line at all and we paid for the tickets in US dollars - without a conversion fee!

I had rainy, windy weather and greatly appreciated the fact that I did not have to wait in line. Everything ran smoothly.

This was excellent. We avoided a long line and went right in with no problem. We redeemed the voucher at the box office and we were ready!

This not to be missed. Be sure to go on a Beefeater led tour. It is an honor to meet these Yeoman Guards. Only after serving in the military over two decades can one apply for this high honor steeped in tradition. Allow yourself a few hours to tour this site.

This was our favorite tour in London. Our guide was so humorous and informative. The kids loved it, and there was a ton to look at. The prebooking made it easy.

It was great. The only downside is that it is very chilly there. The sights are breathtaking. The Tower is so cute; I would totally go back.

Great to have tickets ahead of time. They were cheaper and helped us to plan our sightseeing day. There were no lineups for tickets.

Seeing the "Tower" is definitely a requirement when in London. Give yourself a good three hours if you only have time to do this quickly, but do it.

The "Skip the Line" feature is well worth the price, never a wait for tickets. Enjoyed the guided tour, but wish the group had been smaller.

The skip the line part was not needed when I got there. There was not much of a line! But I got there when it opened. When I left at about 12:30, there was a line. So I think this depends on when you think you'll get there. Leave yourself enough time - I was rushed with just a few hours.

One MUST see the tower of London. We allowed for 3 hours there, but wound up spending 5 and a half! However, I suggest you skip the beefeater tour. While their manner and wit add to the visit, it is quite hard to hear what they are saying when they have a tour group of 200 people. That may be because we went on a Sunday. owever, be ready to purchase an audio guide just in case. When going in, we did not have to wait on line, just proceed directly to the group sales window.

What a great day out! Skip the line is definitely worth paying extra for - it saved us about 20 mins. The only thing I would say is that 3 hours, which most people recommend, was nowhere near enough time. You could make a day of this. If you finish in the Tower itself, there is always the Bridge and the Waterfront to explore. Also, school groups made it a bit of a pain. We discovered that foreign kids are just as rude and obnoxious as English kids!
