I loved being able to jump the line and the flexible start time was great. This attraction is touristy but a must do for anyone visiting London.

These tickets were perfect - no waiting in line. We got there just in time for a free tour - it was great!

This is a great place to visit. Make sure you get audio guides for each of your party for maximum benefit. Maybe it was the time we were there, but there wasn't a line to skip. Still, booking through Viator was only a little more than paying on the day, and we found it good to have a few firm advance bookings for activities like this to provide some structure to organize our free time in London around.

We were glad we had prebooked as when we arrived all the queues were very long. So being able to join the shortest one was great.

Tour guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable. I would like to have the guided tour extended to include the dungeons, and perhaps other areas of London Tower, I think it stopped short of being excellent.

We went early in the morning and were there when the Tower first opened, so basically there was no line. But if you are planning on going later in the day, say even 10am, then this will be completely worth it. When we left by 11:30 the place was packed; the line to see the crown jewels was probably an hour long or more of winding through a rope maze. Everything there was very interesting and absolutely worth seeing.

The place is definitely worth going but I did not get any line at the ticket office after lunch, so it was not a real 'skip the line' ticket. The internal lines, especially for the Crown Jewels, are not skippable, and they take the longest. Good that the price was the same actually.

We got there before the Tower of London opened and there was no line, so we really didn't need the 'skip the line' tickets. We were glad we had them, just in case. Try to do a Beefeater tour. We went on our own an missed a lot.

It was great that we didn't have to wait in line. We were able to see and do more.

This is a good time saver; you still have to queue up for the actual tour, but even on a very cold February morning, the ticket lines were long, so this pre-purchase saved us from standing out in the freezing wind.

Really was a great thing to do. Go early on the Sunday for the quietest time and don't forget to get a free tour around by one of the wardens. Most enjoyable.
