There were 8 in our group and we enjoyed David, the tour driver. I highly recommend going on this trip!
We wanted the small group experience and that is exactly what we got with our trip consisting of only one other couple! We appreciated the fact that our trip wasn't cancelled for having only four people registered. Our guide, Rupert, was great. He provided just the right amount of information at the appropriate time during our trip. And he was very accommodating in dropping us off very close to our rental. We very much liked Rupert's lunch recommendation in Bath. The itinerary was well executed and we enjoyed our visits to all three sites. From this excursion, we know the next time we visit the UK we'd like to spend more time in Bath and Windsor. The trip provided an excellent outside-of-London tour.
We thoroughly enjoyed our small group tour to Stonehenge,Bath and Windsor Castle. Again it was nice to be in a small group.
Wonderful tour. Better than what I expected. The bus was brand new and comfortable. The group was small, so everyone was quick to get on and off the bus and we did not waste any time. We arrived at Stonehenge before anyone else. This allowed us to take great pictures. By the time we left, the parking lot was filling up. We headed off to Bath, which was a beautiful little town. We had plenty of time to see the Roman Baths and have lunch. We had about 30 extra minutes after a good amount of time at the Baths and lunch to walk around the town. Finally, we ended up at Windsor Castle. There is tons to see here, but the time we were given was enough for me as I skipped over the things inside the castle that I wasn't really interested in. We had about 20 minutes left to get an ice cream and walk into a few shops. Our guide, Tony, was great. It was like having a built in comedian in the tour. We were laughing the entire drive. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the drive in between the stops seem so short. I think the longest drive was about an hour and a half, but it felt like thirty minutes. I usually fall asleep on long tour drives, but he kept us all awake and laughing. I would highly recommend this tour... And if I ever return to London, I would try to make sure I have the same guide. Everything was perfect. I don't have a single complaint.
Tours of this nature are great because you get to experience so much in one day. Tours like this are also very brief because of the amount you fit into an entire day. We loved it, although rushed, and would recommend to anyone looking to mark three world heritage sites off their bucket list. Stonehenge is an incredible area with great mystery surrounding it. Bath is a city that transports you back to Roman times. Windsor is almost as good as Buckingham Palace. Guide was great and showed incredible patience when dealing with individuals who think they can make their own schedules.
Awesome! Absolutely loved the trip! Our guide was extremely accommodating and helpful. He was very knowledgeable! Loved the Changing of the Guard, St. George's Chapel, and everything else at Windsor! Bath and Stonehenge were so interesting!
Our family (including three teens) very much enjoyed this day-long tour. Just the right amount of time to sample and get a sense of each place. The van was comfortable for the longest stretch of driving (two hours).
A great day, we saw 3 amazing places in one day, loved the town of Bath!
Stonehenge, Bath and Windsor Castle was a great day out! We were a group of six, four of whom were over the age of 70. The pace was fair and the sights well worth seeing. We very much enjoyed the commentary and history provided by our tour guide. I would positively recommend this trip to people of age
Definitely going in small groups is the best for this tour. The guide gets you in and out of Stonehinge before the crowds. Bath was okay for me, my husband really liked it. We both thought Windsor Castle was fabulous. Wish we had had a little more time to spend there. It was late in the day getting to the castle and it seemed a bit rushed.
excellent tour with our guide Tony. He was down to earth, funny and provided us with much information about Stonehenge, Bath and Windsor.
Our tour was outstanding. It ran on schedule and the bus was very comfortable. The tour guide, Andrew, was great. He was extremely knowledgable and provided wonderful commentary on each site we visited as well as on the history, architecture, culture and even the geology of each area through which we traveled. I would not hesitate to recommend strongly the tour to others.
A perfect tour! David, our guide, shared lots of interesting information and stories that added depth to the tour. Thank you.
