The very best way to see the great sites of London! The River Roamer is fast, comfortable, and always on time. You can stop at an attraction for however long you wish, knowing that the roamer will be there shortly to pick you up. You don't have to get stuck in traffic, and the boat offers a covered area to shelter you from the rain. The staff on the boat are also very helpful, answering any questions you may have regarding attractions, schedules, etc. Highly recommended!

Easy to access, staff were polite, happy and accomodating. Very quick and novel way to get to see London from a different perspective.

It was a very pleasant trip and a good idea of the hop on hop off. staff was very help full and a lot of information on the boat.

We had a great experience and the staff were the best I have come across in years. The waiter was attentive and helped us with a bit of history on all the stops as we came to them. His service was excellent. I watched as the staff were interested in their customers, ever busy and I felt safe were made to feel valued. We only booked the cruise the day before online. It was a wet horrid day even so the journey and the attention shown made our day. We will do it again.

We were in London for two nights. With one full day in between. The hotel was close to the Tate Britain Millbrand dock. For a unsupervised low key on-off cruise on the Thames river, which worked great for us. We just had to be careful to be back to the dock by 5 pm. Also taking an umbrella is a must! We did get caught by a dark rain cloud. This cruise was just right for us.

This is a very pleasant way of seeing London - just sitting and watching the world go by or getting off at an attraction, then getting on another boat to continue the cruise. Only had one complaint in that at one stop they didn't announce where we were. Hence we missed the stop, and had to wait around for a boat back. As the tickets last all day this didn't spoil the trip at all though. I would certainly go on this again and would recommend it to anyone.

A map with actual locations of piers would have been useful.

Good value trip, and we had great weather - what a bonus. Convenient for several sights, like the London Eye, Tower of London and Greenwich. All-weather boats and well organised.

The trip was very good, but my email asking for information re wheelchair access took over a week to get a reply plus a phone call to America, just to get information! Could you please make it very clear in the website for Thames Clippers that wheelchair access is very good and the staff very helpful. Without the reply re wheelchair access I would not have booked with Viator.

I took it wrong I thought it was sightseeing hop-on hop-off with commentary. But it was just a fast means of transportation from place to place.

The one journey i made was nice but the knowledge of the time table of the staff was not very good. Before we left the boat we asked how long the service was running and 2 different staff said: Oh really late like to 11. When we wanted to take the boat back from the london eye we had just missed the 21:13 and there was not anohter boat untill 1 hour after and i think this was really bad. I would have been better off with just buying single tickets since we only made 1 trip for about 15 minutes.
