best ever way to see the Thames as the clipper boats run late into the evening viator passes make life so much easier they are as good as cash
#Very impressed. A comfortable and pleasant way to see London
without the traffic. Will use it again!
I found all aspects of my roamer ticket worked very well. the boats were clean and well presented and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I travelled from the eye to the barrage and back, calling at Greenwich and the tower and never had to wait more than 10-15 mins for a boat on a very busy day( tall Ships Saturday) . will certainly use this service next time in town.
I found this trip quick but a great way to see some of the London sights.
An excellent way to see London especially combined with the bus.
Extremely good. We had a lovely comfortable trip. Highly recommended
it was brilliant ,it meant we saw all tha main attractions without moving of our seats woulg highly recommend it ,
Easy, convenient, and well staffed. A different way to view London. We all enjoyed it!
The very best way to see the great sites of London! The River Roamer is fast, comfortable, and always on time. You can stop at an attraction for however long you wish, knowing that the roamer will be there shortly to pick you up. You don't have to get stuck in traffic, and the boat offers a covered area to shelter you from the rain. The staff on the boat are also very helpful, answering any questions you may have regarding attractions, schedules, etc. Highly recommended!
Easy to access, staff were polite, happy and accomodating. Very quick and novel way to get to see London from a different perspective.
It was a very pleasant trip and a good idea of the hop on hop off. staff was very help full and a lot of information on the boat.
We had a great experience and the staff were the best I have come across in years. The waiter was attentive and helped us with a bit of history on all the stops as we came to them. His service was excellent. I watched as the staff were interested in their customers, ever busy and I felt safe were made to feel valued. We only booked the cruise the day before online. It was a wet horrid day even so the journey and the attention shown made our day. We will do it again.
We were in London for two nights. With one full day in between. The hotel was close to the Tate Britain Millbrand dock. For a unsupervised low key on-off cruise on the Thames river, which worked great for us. We just had to be careful to be back to the dock by 5 pm. Also taking an umbrella is a must! We did get caught by a dark rain cloud. This cruise was just right for us.
For lovers of ferries. This is a very relaxing way to get from one place to another. The service is reasonably priced, the boats and windows are clean, and the snack bar is reasonably priced. Seating is mostly indoors. On the weekends, there are evening cruises. This is not an efficient way to get from point a to point b. There is waiting time for the ferries and after the peak summer, the boats are less frequent.
This was a great alternative way to see the city. It's a quick trip to Greenwich and easy to get on and off. The views were great.
overall was good experience, would like to hear more information about the historical buildings.
This is a very pleasant way of seeing London - just sitting and watching the world go by or getting off at an attraction, then getting on another boat to continue the cruise. Only had one complaint in that at one stop they didn't announce where we were. Hence we missed the stop, and had to wait around for a boat back. As the tickets last all day this didn't spoil the trip at all though. I would certainly go on this again and would recommend it to anyone.
very good fast service, gets you from Greenwich to London and back fast,
Good value trip, and we had great weather - what a bonus. Convenient for several sights, like the London Eye, Tower of London and Greenwich. All-weather boats and well organised.
A map with actual locations of piers would have been useful.
Was a different way of getting around, but we got confused about the ticket at greenwich. I don't know if we were being stupid but a leaflet of all the info would have been useful
