Great way to get oriented to London. We went directly to Greenwich and spent most of the day there. grab the first boat to get the most out of your trip!
Very easy to get tickets without queuing. Had to queue for boat but not too long. Worth purchasing in advance. Recommend.
This is a great history lesson and perfect way to get around to a few of the sights.
We had a relaxing time on this river cruise. It was informative and was a good beginning to our tour of London. A great adventure to do after coming from the airport. No time to waste when time is limited to see London!
This was a great way to see the highlights of London. Our family went all the way to Greenwich which was very neat to see, we spent a good portion of the day there exploring around and had a couple adult beverages in an old pub. We would not have done this if we did not purchase this pass. We worked our way back into London ending at Westminster pier, you definitely have enough time to see everything in one day with this pass.
Myself and my twin grandchildren aged 14 enjoyed every minute of our trip. We decided not to get off at any of the stops but to do the round trip. It was so very enjoyable, comfortable seats, excellent coffee and hot chocolate snacks from the bar and most important the staff. Before we even boarded the staff were so helpful and polite and on board the same, very friendly crew. The young man doing the commentary was very self deprecating but was extremely well informed about everything we saw, extremely amusing and charming. A great trip which we would happily do again.
Loved our hop on hop off River Cruise. This was the first thing we did when we arrived in London and it was a great way to see everything by water and allowed for may great photo opportunites as well. We were so glad we decided to start our trip with this cruise!
if you want to enjoy London at night with an excellent meal and perfect environment, this is the cruise for you
This was a great first day in London tour. It got us more familiar with the sights. We especially likes the Afternoon Tea at the Criterion. Our guide was very knowledgeable, highly recommend this tour!
The tour was great, especially because we had a really knowledgeable guide who narrated it for us rather than just a recording. Despite buying tickets through Viator, however, we still had to wait in the same line as everyone else - for almost an hour - to trade in the voucher for real tickets. Buying ahead saved us nothing in time.
The weather was excellent which added to the enjoyment. Definitely a very rewarding way to view parts of London - and the commentaries from your Water Boatmen were particularly valued.
No problem issues....
Fantastic views from river and the crew gave a great and informative commentary. Well worth the trip.
Great Fun, great views, hop off and hop back on to start again!
Children loved it, Mum and Dad relax and enjoy...
(School trip happening same time was noisy but what can you do?)
excellent. Staff polite.Commentary excellent. Will be back next year
What a relaxing way to see London. Great guides on board, thoroughly enjoyed it.
The tour company for the regular Hop-on Hop-off had a special of offering a two day pass for our regular day pass. This meant that we didn't have to buy this pass in addition to the bus tour. Save some money and buy the Thames ticket if you run out of time on the regular bus tour--prices comparable. Great scenery from the water with the boatsman describing the area and giving a little history.
Loved our day hoppped on and off all day Just love this way of travel very good value
This tour had great value, got really lucky and had live tour guides as opposed to recorded tour. Highly recommend this as an introduction to London.
The boat was on schedule and the boat crew very helpful. Greatly appreciated the taped 'version' of all the highlights along the Thames. The history was very informative and would even suggest more details be added to the commentary.
Very fun and informal tour. The guide/crew member was informative.
