Since the other tour go-ers never showed up, we had a private tour with Alan, our tourguide. He was extremely friendly, very knowledgable and an all around great guy. It just so happens he was from Liverpool and told us exactly where to go when we went there on our tour. His family also used to own a famous Pub that the Beatles played at!! If we could have taken him home with us we would've!! Can I give more than 5 stars??
Tourguide was very well informed and told us many nice stories about the time that the Beatles lived and worked in London.
our guide Alan was really fun, knowledgeable and enthusiastic,he couldn't pull it off if he's not really a true, blue fan. i thought i knew a lot about the Beatles until i discovered a lot more of trivias from this walk. my only regret is we were not able to get a proper picture of us crossing the abbey road due to many fellow tourists and the traffic.
Our guide was awesome and the walk was informative and fun. The hidden treasure: walking through parts of London we would not have been had it not been for the tour. Absolutely recommend.
Lots of walking but worth it. We had a very knowledgeable guide from Liverpool so he was able to answer every detailed question. You end up at Abbey Road and your guide will be sure you get a great pic crossing the road.

Hello, we made " Beatles London walk " with our guide ALLAN the 15/8/2014. We made a very pleasant and memorable after noon in his company. Would it be possible to obtain its e-mail to thank him and announce him the end of our stay London? Thank you
It was an interesting walk even if I'm not a Beatles fan. Jill was a fantastic guide and we had a very special afternoon. Thank you
Thank you Gill for this moment spent with you and the Beatles! :) It was a really nice tour, with a lot of explanation. Our guide, Gill, was very nice and patient. To her boss: yes, she did a great job, you can trust her! ;) Thanks again! We will remember London and the Beatles for a long time. Choose this tour without a doubt! :)
Adrien was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and enthusiastic. No Beatles tour of the UK should go without this tour. You'll never find some of these sites on your own nor might you learn of the stories around them.
Great to see all of the sites that made the Beatles famous. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide.
Our trip was great! we really enjoyed our Abbey Road Beatles Walking tour. Our guide was great. We had just arrived the day before and we did not really have our bearings. He made sure that at the end of the tour, we knew how to get ourselves back to our hotel. We loved walking through the neighborhoods, seeing Carnaby Street and the Beatle sights that were in London. It felt as though we were on a very personalized tour, not a "canned" tour script, Thank you very much.
Excellent tour, a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes and make sure you are rested. Our guide was excellent, very nice and through.
We saw all the spots we wanted to see, and even had a bonus Bill Nighy sighting in the tube!
Was slit if walking between sites however I thought that beatles music might help the walk and stopping for a break would help guide was great a lot if info and he came from Liverpool so it was nice to listen to him
Our tour guided was very knowledgeable. It was great to visit the homes of some of the greatest songwriters/singers of eras gone by and present. Taking the photos at Abbey Road itself was a great experience...although you need to be mindful that the crossing is near a bend on a very busy road!!
This was a terrific tour for any Beatles fan, as well as other British rock groups of the sixties. The guide did a wonderful job. The only negative I would say is there is a lot of walking and the guide did not allow for a break during the tour.
Our young guide was very knowledgeable and we saw many parts of London
Good tour, Jill was very nice! We would like to recommend the following point:
1) it would be useful to have a map of the tour in order to memorize the information given and a small description of what we have seen.
Love to travel
Our tour director left us at Abbey Road. Did not provide us with directions on how to get back to our hotel. Lots of walking and only interesting part was walking across Abbey Rd. There was another traveler on the tour that probably knew more about the Beatles than our tour guide.
The tour seemed very rushed, started at 0415 and ended about 0615pm. The tour guide even told us at the end that he had to rush for another tour. Thought it was 3 hours?? Commentaries done while walking was wasted as none at the back could hear anything. Commentaries done at the various stops were ok, quite clinical, wonder if the guide was even a Beatle fan. Would have considered this a complete waste of time and money if not for the final abbey road visit. Would certainly not recommend this to anyone I know.
We have been on the Jack the ripper walks and the guides there are much more experienced, entertaining and at lower cost too.
The tour and our guide, Jill was terrible. More walking than sightseeing. She walked at a very fast paced because she was "cold". Most of us in the group were middle aged and first timers in London. Piccadilly was very busy on Friday night and we kept losing her because she was so far ahead of the group. I asked her a couple of Beatles questions and she didn't know the answer. Any Beatles pictures she had came from her cell phone that we had to pass around to see or she said we could look them up on Google. The last stop was Abbey Rd and she left so quickly after, we had to figure out how to get back to our hotel on our won. Would not recommend this tour or the tour guide
Our guide walked way too fast! No planned bathroom break for a 3 hour tour! Much more walking than was indicated. Not good.
