The dinner was delicious, and the entertainer was excellent. The scenery was spectacular on a very clear night on the Thames. This was a highlight of our 3 weeks in the UK.
It was a very nice and valuable cruise. They were punctual, pleasant, professional, and organized. The food was excellent, the service of the waiters and waitresses was outstanding, the show was greatly amusing, conducted by a very talented girl singing and making everyone have a beautiful evening. We started the voyage with daylight, and on the way back it was already nighttime which changed the whole image of London with all the lights on making it an incredibly sensational view of this unique city. We very highly recommend this tour, it's worth every penny!
This must be the best value trip in London, we arrived at Westminster Pier to be greeted by a staff member called Lilly who answered all our questions about the tour in a very professional manner. The boat arrived at the quay side and we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and shown to our table by the most polite and friendly staff. As this was an evening dinner cruise we were treated to the most splendid sights you could view of all the lit up attractions in London from the Houses of Parliament to the O2 Arena including the magnificent Canary Wharf. The 4 course meal which included a bottle of wine was very tasty and the waiters were excellent. Throughout the 3 1/2 hour trip we were entertained by a wonderful singer who was able to point out most of the major sights between her songs all in all a memorable occasion
A very nice meal ,in a relaxing environment. Great views of london landmarks .good entertainment .all in all a fun evening .well worth the money
The singer was very good and the food was very nice and very well presented. My Valentines girl was very pleased with her surprise.
Great food, great entertainment and wonderful nighttime views of London.
We have enjoyed very much this event. I can’t fault it in anyway. Money well spent especially when we paid half price.
The atmosphere was magical, everybody enjoyed themselves. The boat was full of birthday people.:) We personally got a table for two right by the window. However even those that were in the middle I think still had good sits.
The entertainment was just perfect and unobtrusive. The signer had very beautiful voice and was very pleasant. She has got some people dancing we were one of them. The food was de-li-cious. The dishes were coming at the even pace. The waiters were all helpful.
If anybody wanted to take photos it was allowable to get on the top deck.
Overall I liked that the boat was clean as well as toilets.
I would definitely do it again and would recommend to others..
It was a fantastic experience. The sights along the Thames, all lit up at night, are breathtaking. I was impressed with the food and the service as well as the singer. She did a great job keeping everyone entertained with show tunes. After the mad rush of touring all day, it was nice to just relax and cruise along the river.
really good event. food was excellent with no shortage of wine - included! nice welcome on board from staff offering bubbly. singer slightly cheesy but a great night out
It was amazing - great food and views, lovely singer. Really fabulous time.
Went together with my wife for her birthday. Well worth the money - food was good, plenty of drinks (bottle of wine, some champagne), charismatic host - great singer. We only bought an additional bottle of sparkling water (1,5L), which was 3 pounds.
All in all a great time, nice views through the windows, positive vibe.
if you buy online, I would recommend to call them through and ask for the window table, as they have the best view.
Excellent.Great evening.Food, service and singer fantastic.Thank you for a great night.
Excellent Dinner Cruise on the Thames. The service was excellent, everything was timed accordingly and the night view of the city was most memorable and gives a different perspective of London. Even the dock workers were accommodating and somewhat entertaining (nice moustache Tony). The meal was just right. I recommend this to anyone and everyone and would do it again. Great City, great cruise.
Great dinner, and very pleasant entertainer. It was our 1st day, so a bit tired and have to understand the cruise is 7 to 11pm. Great way to get a sense of the sights along the Thames for your first day. Nice work.
This trip was booked as a surprise 50th birthday present. It was amazing, from start to finish, the weather was perfect, the food and service were excellent, along with a great selection of songs. The boat even waited for a party of people who had got lost! A great time of year to take the trip as, we sailed off in sunlight, which then became a beautiful sunset, then returned in the dark to see the London skyline lit up. I would highly recommend using Viator, easy to use website, you even get a reminder before you travel to check your tickets!
Great Tour with friendly staff and good food! The tour at night is wonderful. Excellent entertainment as well!
A perfect birthday celebration. We had problems with delayed trains and the captain waited 10 mins for us thank goodness. The service and food was excellent and entertainment very good too. We danced the evening away and all my guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, thank you.
It was one of those rare times when everything was perfect, excellent seats, food, service and entertainment.
By luck and totally unexpected we were shown to the best seats on the boat, next to the side window and at the front. Perfect views of the River all night. This was I guess one of the day time cruisers converted to an evening venue, they did a good job too. Really nice atmosphere, low discrete lighting, candles, tablecloths, best service set. The seats were laid out in rows facing tables so some would sit with their backs to the direction we were travelling in. For those booking window seats only every other seat was occupied so there was plenty of room, ideal for couples. The larger parties sat in the middle section and were sat closer together which if I was in a group would be my preferred option, easier to socialise. The food and wine was excellent, a fixed menu for all but hey they did us proud. Our waiter was brill, no probs there. He was very courteous and attentive to requests. I don't normally pay more than 10% tip but this guy got one this particular night. The entertainment was a very good singer, mature but such a rich voice, he was quite light hearted, joked about a little and had just the right amount of interaction with everyone such that you didn't feel that you were providing the entertainment yourselves.
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I got enough browny points from my missus to last me all month
