The price is decent but the dinner was only so-so and the wine was not great. Its nice but not a must thing to do in London.

Cruise comfortable, food very good, entertainment started well but with long gaps. Information on sights to look out for during journey would have been useful.

This was a gentle very pleasant evening, the staff were excellent and approachable throughout. The meal was good but lacked choice although the timings for serving the courses was spot on. All in all this was a good trip

The cruise was good, the entertainment was good, but when we complained about the vegetables we received, the only comment we received from the staff was, well it's one of those things ! Although we were the last to be served we expected to get the same vegetables as everyone else, but no, we got loads of cauliflower, a few green beans, a few carrots and just TWO pea sized potatoes.

Cheesy. Too cheesy. But we did get some great laughs out of it. There was a woman singing (supposed to be showtunes but was all over the place) and it was basically karaoke. It was hard to even hear over her - she just kept turning her music/mic up until you were forced to pay attention. I didn't realize until we went to board the boat that there is a Bateaux London - go for that instead as it is much classier! Also, because we booked through Viator, they automatically registered us for the chicken choice for some reason. So when it came time for the meal, we expected a choice of the entrees and instead, they brought us 5 chicken plates. The waiter said they were having all kinds of problems with Viator but the best they could give us was 3 chickens and 2 beefs or lambs. Didn't really matter because none of the food was good anyway!

I'm only giving 2 stars (as opposed to 1) because we got such a good laugh out of the singer and the people dancing!

Hi, The the booking and confirmation procedure was simple enough, but where the arrangement fell down was, according to the criuse operator, your responsibility to offer me, the customer a choice of menu, or at least suggest where we could obtain one.As it happened we finished up with a choice of one item which was no choice at all.
Yours sincerely ,
E Seymour

It was not well organised. Most of the people who turned up, in particular visitors from abroad, did not really know where to go and were guided to different points. There was no one welcoming the customers as they do in other countries. There was no commentary on the boat as promised in your brochure and the entertainment was simply awful. The food and service however were good.

Due to the price of the cruise 250 pounds/ 400 dollars we had a piece of chicken that was over cooked. I was disappionted. I did the same type of cruise in Budapest and it was well worth the money.

Its was an awful rainy day. Your boat was half an hour late. And your offices were shut and we could not phone you. and you sent noone to Westminster pier to give all the customers notice that the boat was delayed - Would you recommend this to anyone - Not me
