This was the first tour we went on with Viator. It was brilliant. The tour guide was live, which gave it a very personal edge. The guide was informative and had a great sense of humour. All in all, it could not have been any better.

The hop on and hop off bus tour was great. Good way to see London for the first time. Buses were prompt, and audio worked well.

We had a wonderful time. The tour bus was easy to use, and the hosts were very knowledgeable. Our family is quite large, and this is a way for everyone to travel and see the sights together. Thank you!!!

This was GREAT!! At every stop there was someone to help you find the other bus routes. Went during the London marathon and no problems. A must do in London, especially to get around the city.

For purposes of getting an excellent feel for the city this is the tour to do. It is important that you do it with a live guide if you can, versus recorded. That way you can get in a few questions. Our guide was outstanding. The one opportunity for improvement is to make sure reservation information contains adequate start up boarding location information. Our concierge did not know exactly where we could do an initial boarding.

The very best way to get to know your way around. The main office near Trafalgar Square has the best people working there that are sooooo helpful, courteous and kind. I cannot say enough good about them. We also took the walking tour of the Changing of the Guard...great and tour guide was fabulous.

It was perfect. My parents came with me and it was very good. You can stop on any point of interest and hop-on and continue your visit.

Really great experience, make sure you sit upstairs. And take your camera.

This is a fantastic way to see the main attractions of London on a tight schedule. I had one day in London and managed to see everything I wanted to. The buses are regular and often have a live commentary going to let you know about the sights you are seeing.

Excellent value for money! We did two of the walking tours that are included, and the guide was outstanding. We only booked the hop-on hop-off tour for one day, which was too short. I would recommend making a multiple day booking to see as much as possible.

The Hop-on-Hop-Off Bus is a must!! Travelling in the winter months we got two days for the price of one. We could have never seen all the high points without the tour bus. Will definitely use it again.

This tour was informative and very enjoyable. We made the most of it by doing the bus tour and the Thames cruise. Guides were excellent and very amusing

This hop-on hop-off was a fantastic way to see London! The bus took you to all the major sights - a huge amount of stops, with live commentary! The bus stops were conveniently located all over the city. The exceptional part was that it also included THREE walking tours and a boat cruise!!! All good for 48 hours! Unfortunately, I was only able to make one walking tour. It was wonderful. My guide was terrific; you could tell that he loved what he was doing and his knowledge of London's history, including music history, was phenomenal. It was one of the highlights of my London visit. The boat cruise was also great! It was during the sunset and early evening, a beautiful sight with everything all lit up! I plan on going to London again with my daughter, and I will take very same bus tour! I cant recommend it enough, I definitely loved it! Worth every penny!

Best way to be a tourist in London. Tour includes a free Thames river cruise and walking tour, which really made for a great afternoon and left me with some very memorable images and experiences of Soho.
