The tour was great. The route we took was narrated in person and was full of details about the sites. We were able to get of and on easily. We took a different route the second day and changed buses about 4 times to see everything we wanted to see. Unfortunately we left a camera on the "carriage' on Friday and realized it late that night. When we got back on the bus on Saturday, we notified the agent and he notified the company. The camera is being sent back to us by airmail! That is great service by an outstanding company. I would recommend this trip to everyone. A great value for the money.

Buses were frequent and the guides full of information. Covered absolutely every sight you could hope to see in London and saved our feet a lot of miles.

An absolutely brilliant day, and certainly something everyone should do when visiting London. We had a wonderful tour guide who told amusing stories and gave us plenty of interesting facts. We also received a ticket for a river cruise in addition to the sightseeing tour, which was an unexpected bonus. My friend and I couldn't have had a more wonderful day.

We took the bus tours in both Dublin and London and they were so informative and helpful - a great way to get an overall view of the cities. We had a live tour guide in Dublin but a recorded tour in London, and both were very informative and humorous.

I loved it! I especially loved the flexibility. It was a great and relaxing way to see all the fabulous sights in London. Thanks!

Get on a bus with a live commentary as the recorded one is very scant and misses out on a lot of little incidental sites that a guide will mention but the recording doesn't.

If this is your first time in London, this is a must until you get your bearings in the city. This tour was two subway stations away from our hotel and that was an added expense we did not count on. Additionally, there are three different lines and someone should have told us to find the English speaking guide instead of having earphones. The English tour began at Piccadilly and we enjoyed the ride until we stopped off at 505pm. Unfortunately, we did not know that a lot of exhibits closes at that time. The pass is good for 24 hours from the time you use it which means you can get two days on the bus. The speaker certainly knew his history. I recommend it for 1st time visitors!

We did the hop on and off the first two days and it gave us an overview that helped make choices for the remainder of our vacation. One favorite was the cruise that dropped us off at Greenwich which we might have missed. Greenwich was a favorite spot for our family.
