It would have been better if the headphones were included in the price of the ticket, it doesn't say they are necessary and then when you don't get them you miss out on so much of the tour.

Again an excellent service. No need to wait in line, just exchanged the voucher for timed entry tickets from guides as I approached the box office.

Wonderful exhibition, just too crowded.

Good exhibition, very well presented, well worth the visit. Viator vouchers exchanged well at the venue.

Well worth booking ahead - straightforward easy and hassle free. Exhibition well worth a visit. Saw it in 1972 when I was a little girl and this time took my own 2 girls - they were equally impressed.

It took me two hours to see everything. Clearly presented in chronological order - so you don't see artifacts from Tutankhamun's tomb until about half-way through. I would recommend hiring an audio guide to get the most from the visit. The Viator pass enabled us to join the queue of ticket holders immediately, so we were in after about 20 minutes.

A very interesting exhibition. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend taking the audio guide. There were lots of children there who seemed to enjoy it too.

I was unaware of the queuing time for this event. At least two hours. In fact we were on two different queues - one to collect pre-booked and paid for tickets and another to gain entry. I was fit to be tied when the second queue snaked up two floors to be followed by another queue on entry to the exhibition itself. I think this is important for anyone with any sort of disability or young or old people in their party. The exhibition itself was very interesting and my son really enjoyed it.

The Millennium dome O2 was perfect for us.

Excellent and well worth the experience. However, there was a wait of over an hour. To be expected on a Saturday morning but I noticed that some people had previously booked tickets with a time slot, eg 1130 to 12 noon. I asked you about this before the event and you told me that it was not possible to pre-book a time. It would be useful to know for future reference, how one would go about getting a ticket with a time slot.

Very well organised exhibition and amazing to see how advanced the pharaohs were over 3000 years ago.

Horribly over crowded, they allow far too many people in at one time. Fortunately, they have wheelchairs, my father could not have managed without.

The impression is that the exhibition contains some of the major treasures but in fact there are only minor treasures from the Tutankhamen exhibition as it was displayed in England back in 1968.

Through no fault of your own, the organisers were totally disorganised. The information differed from person to person. The tour started over an hour late. They just did not have their information right. The exhibition in itself was fascinating and I am glad we saw it in spite of the many complaints we heard regarding the lack of flow and organisation.

I felt the venue was too big for the selection of artifacts.
