I had tried to book directly for the exhibition but it was full, therefore when I was able to buy a voucher from you I had a few worries. We arrived at 12.30 to a massive queue, you had to validate tickets which took 45 minutes and then were given a time, which was 5.30! As we had tickets for a show that evening we asked if we could get in earlier, we were told just to join the queue. People in the queue had designated times and were angry that the times were not stuck to. After 1 hour 20 we entered the exhibition. It was all a bit stressful really but the exhibition itself was good.

Company only arranged purchase of tickets, nothing more. Nothing that was a tour was purchased.

Booking with Viator meant I had no specific entry time. After collecting my ticket, I had to wait for two hours before being allowed to enter the exhibition. The O2 dome is definitely not my favourite place having to spend 2 hours waiting.

After a half hour standing in a queue of 100 persons without advancing an inch, I left thinking what is the use to pay for a ticket in advance if you have to queue for hours.

The exhibition was a disgrace, the location was awful, the staff did not know how to control the people queuing up, and the time specified on the ticket was of no use - we entered an hour later. The exhibition was very poor and had hardly any items from the pictures shown to advertise the exhibition. I could not wait to get out of there.
