This was a highlight of our trip.So amazing! All of 3 generations loved it! Great photo opts.
This tour was fabulous!!!! Unfortunately the bus driver was very anti-American and very vocal about sharing his views on that subject on the ride back from the tour. He was rude.
It was wonderful, enough time to see everything. Not like other one-day tours, which had not much time to explore.
Fantastic!! Much better than expected. If you're an avid Harry Potter fan you'll love this!!
we missed our tour because of sickness but they accommodated us next day as they had few cancellations. very nice and helpful staff. Kids loved it!!!
This attraction had everything. It was really interesting, very interactive and fascinating. My only moan was the shop was too small, there was plenty of merchandise but not alot of room and it was packed!! One of the best attractions I've been to in England.
Great tour my kids enjoyed it kept us busy the whole time a lot of fun
Excellent tour - even though late in the day, bus trip good and Warner Brothers tour excellent. If you love Harry Potter this is a must! Costumes, scenery, and actual sets so great to view. We'll worth it.
We are still very intrigued by the Harry Potter films/books. This tour was fantastic for anyone who still enjoys the series. Our driver, Malcolm, was so funny and personable that the drive there flew by. Our tour time was changed and the company did everything possible to make certain that we got to make the trip. No small effort on their part as my phone didn't have any service. Thanks to all for making the effort as this was a very exciting tour for us. The sets/costumes were fantastic to see up close. The end of the tour, which I won't spoil by writing about it, was awe inspiring. Each and every person said, "Wow!" as they entered. A must for Harry Potter fans.
On arriving at victoria bus station, we went to the terminal we were told to meet at, unfortunatley there were no signs or any indication we were at the right place, as for checking in 15 mins before the tour was due to start, i couldn't find the guide, i spotted her only by the back of her clipboard stating the companies name. when i approached her she hurried me away saying she would find us all in a little while, i felt a little disappointed she was as helpful as she could of been. The bus arriving 40 mins late was a bit annoying ,
but i understand this was due to the orginal bus breaking down and a replacement needed to be found so i totally understand the delay.
The tour itself was amazing and i would highly recommed this to everyone .
the staff at the studios were incredible, friendly, helpful and very knowlegable.
our bus driver was a really nice chap and despite the bus breakdown then a change in route due to oxford st being temperaly closed , he was very friendly and did an amazing job.
