Good trip great lunch. A little disorganized in the begining at the bus station trying to figure out what bus to get on. But over all a great trip
The tour guide was really nice, and told us alot of interesting facts, but it seemed like we had to rush through Windsor Castle.
The lunch at Harrods was wonderful and we really enjoyed it.
Champagne lunch at Harrods was great.
Enjoyed seeing the castle and hearing/seeing the history. Very impressive!! Felt rushed because it was extremely crowded with school kids. It's a great tour that doesn't monopolize all of your day. Lunch was ok. Harrods is amazing and a much see. You can truly get lost in there. David the tour guide was extremely knowledgable which I enjoyed, BUT he wants to impress you with all his wonderful stories of who he hob-knobs with and how he is in with the Queen.......on and on... Just grew tired of all "Fabulous / Wonderful" people he interacts with.
The trip was well-organized and efficient. The segments of the visit were exceptional and well-chosen. The guide was knowledgeable and for the most part interesting. His advice was also helpful. His intensity and interjection of self-serving comments was only a minor irritation. I would recommend this tour (and this guide).

This was a wonderful trip. We were able to see the castle and take one quick trip into a little store in town before catching the bus back to Harrod's for lunch, which was fabulous. Our only complaint was the amount of time we had to spend in Windsor. Would have rated the tour 5-stars if we hadn't felt so rushed. It was a great tour, but a little more time would have made it outstanding.

Perfect way to spend the morning. Enjoyed the lunch. Would recommend.
Great drivers. The guide was dealing with 3 different tours on our bus but did a good job overall. Lunch at Harrods was wonderful. Also very handy hotel pickup in the morning.

The Windsor Castle tour was too rushed. Literally ran from room to room without having time to fully appreciate the displays. Our guide wanted us to rush through in order to see the changing of the guard.
Lunch at Harrods in their Georgian Restaurant was excellent. Definately go there again for the experience.
Our guide Jess was a real English delight. A constant hilarious banter full of English history and lots of helpful information. However on a nasty wet day the buses must park quite a distance from the castle and we then had audio gear for the self-guided tour. It's just not the same without the "live" guide. However a beautiful place and lunch at Harrods was fantastic.....still recovering!!!
Windsor was great
Windsor castle was great, and to end up at Harrods even better as this was our first tour of many for the four days we had. Some hints when you get to the main depot to connect to your bus for Windsor Castle, just check how long you have before departure for if you grab a cofee and food you cant ake it on the bus. Lunch at Harrods was cool, but we didnt realise you are not goping to get full buffet meal only cavery and desert, and boy do they let you know if your selecting food your not supposed to be eating. Which seemed a bit off really as it dampened the whole experience would of been better if we knew when we sat down what was included not have them tell us as we were selecting food and makeing us feel like plebs.
We really enjoyed Windsor Castle and our lunch at Harrods was delicious. Only complaint we had was with our tour guide. We reached Windsor Castle and the tour guide asked that we walk quickly to the entrance. No one had a problem with that but the bus was full and by the time we got from the back of the bus to outside the tour guide was long gone. We had no idea where to go so we followed the crowds. We finally caught up with the tour guide in the admissions building but by that time we had lost many people from our group including 12 Russian women. It would have been so much better if he had waited until everyone had disembarked from the bus and then walked briskly to the admissions building. It would have made the beginning of the tour so much more pleasurable.
