The tour occurred on a day with perfect weather - sunny, warm, and breezy. Our tour guide and driver were excellent.

This tour was extremely inexpensive compared to all the other prices I got for the various activities I took in. Also, it was quite easy to change booked dates, which is essential when you are travelling and may have to adjust schedules.

This tour is definitely worth taking for first-time visitors who are looking to cram as many sites as they can into a short period of time.

This tour is very well organised. However, it wasn't clear that the bus pickup from the hotel wasn't also going to be the drop-off point. Lunch was very expensive. Overall, though, it was a very good day out, and I would recommend to any tourist.

This tour would benefit by spending more time at Windsor.

I felt that the tour was well organized. Our tour guide was very informative and humorous. This was our first time in London, and we wanted to take advantage of seeing as much as we could. We went in March 2006 and it was extremely cold, however, we thoroughly enjoyed our tour and highly recommend it to others. Next time we plan to spend more time in Windsor and take in more of the town.

I will say that seeing these places was incredible. However, our tour director was terrible. There was a planned lunch stop, and the only thing the tour director spoke about the entire morning was ordering the food, making the reservation, how we should pay for it, and on & on & on about the lunch every 20 minutes until we finally ate. She should have been pointing out the sights and given us interesting points as to the countryside and history instead of teaching grown adults how to order and pay for lunch.

Fun and beautiful, but be aware, that this is very much a self-led tour. The guide drops you off at the locations and gives you a time to meet.

It was a good choice of attractions, but we spent too much time in the bus and too little at the points of interest. We rushed through Windsor Castle to make time for a mediocre and poorly planned lunch at a pub where the staff was less than accommodating. The tour staff were pleasant, but the itinerary needs to be refined.

We were disappointed in the tour because of the rudeness of the guide. We were unable to sit together at the beginning of the trip. My two companions were on the first seat and I had to sit in the last seat. We were told that some of the passengers would be leaving at Windsor, so I hoped I would be able to move. The guide told us to keep the same seats, and when I tried to talk to her, she said she would talk to me later. It took me more than half of the Windsor tour before she would condescend to speak to me. The driver finally made arrangements for me to have a seat near my companions. We had 45 minutes at Stonehenge, and it took about 15 minutes to walk to and from the site. We feel we were really cheated on this visit. We were asked to sign up for lunch at a pub in a village we would pass through. We signed up, and the pub visit lasted two hours. The food was OK, but we could have skipped the food in order to have more time on our visits. Those who did not sign up for the pub lunch had to sit on a bench in front of the pub for the time we were there. There was not a another place to buy lunch.

The guide and driver were extremely condescending. We were under the impression that we did not have to buy the lunch through the tour, however we were taken to a restaurant with extremely limited choices for over an hour that was in an isolated area. If you didn't buy the lunch there, you had to wait in the rain or buy a drink at the bar, and I don't drink! We could've used more time in Bath where there were many eating establishments.

The bus that was supposed to pick us up at the hotel never arrived abd when we got to the bus station the tour had left. I was traveling with luggage, as I stayed in Bath. I bought train tickets to catch the tour in Windsor and the bus driver was supposed to wait for me in the bus. We spent 10 minutes outside Windsor Castle. After that, the tour was really quick and we had no chance to visit all the places we were supposed to see. I do not recommend this tour at all! I think it would be better to do it on your own.

While there was ample time at Windsor Castle and Stonehenge, there were two very large negative issues with the entire tour - our tour guide and the private viewing of The Roman Baths. Our guide had absolutely no interpersonal skills, it was unbearable listening to her speak. The Roman Baths are truly incredible - however with this tour you are quickly walked through the baths, with no time at all to experience them. It was such a waste of money and time, and it breaks my heart that we were unable to truly experience the Roman Baths as we'd have liked. Do yourself a favor, and take the train on your own to see these sights.
