The coach travel was good, the hotel was satisfactory, Las Vegas was amazing but exhausting. Our flight over the Hover Dam and Grand Canyon was great. Our only complaint is that only those on the left side of the air-plane could see the Hoover Dam.

EXCELENT TOUR. PERHAPS I WANTED A BETTER HOTEL IN VEGAS.

I had a great time on this tour. Everything was well co-ordinated beginning with the bus travel from LA to Vegas.
I was put up at The Imperial Palace Hotel and the hotel room was clean and comfortable.
The air tour was fantastic!
I wish it was a little longer though - it lasted a little over an hour.
Overall, the experience was terrific!

The busride was nice, the hotel was very good, I guess the Grand Canyon Tour was great too, unfortunately we missed it because of our previous Vegas-Party-Night. Whatever. I liked it. If you don't mind waiting for the bus to start (check-in took a while), and if you are independent and know how to deal with problems (they signed us in for the 3-day-tour - but we complained and they rescheduled everything for us) ....do it. It's nice.

We were totally screwed on this trip. We comfirmed the trip via phone and was guaranteed by a rep. that we would be flying over the west rim and landing. We were told we would have several hours to tour the rim and lots of tours would be available upon landing. Once on the flight we flew 1 hr and landed back where we started. No one was willing to explain, refund money or even recognized that a trip of such was not even available. Over all view was great!

The experience was great, the transportation and the tour to the Grand Canyon was wonderful but the hotel in Las Vegas (Imperial Palace) was terrible... not to the level I was expecting!!
Thanks

The host of the Bus from LA to Vegas, a Russian lady was rude and disturbing. Imperial hotel was sick and very dirty. Hotel staff was not responding to complaints. The trip was not worth of $350. Please try to improve the Las vegas hotel service specially.

All in all, a fairly positive experience. I must have missed the fine print about this being an unescorted tour. If you don't mind taking a bus and being dropped off at a central point with no directions given on how to get to your hotel - and be given numerous vouchers for all the other components of the tour.

The trip was great, but the organization was disastrous. We had confirmed our trip as outlined by Viator, but when it came time to be picked up at 5:15 a.m. at our Casino in Las Vegas, we were refused admittance to the bus. Our names were not on the check sheet, nor were we booked on the Grand Canyon flight. We were upgraded and booked on a different tour, which included a helicopter flight, but this tour did not have enough time allotted between arrival and departure at the Grand Canyon to see all of the attractions, plus we missed out on lunch!

Operator forgot our flytour voucher, flytour overbooked, 4.5h waiting in middle of Las Vegas before return trip to LA, no possibility for a extented stay in hotel room. Only one hotel drop-off shuttle in LA serving Hollywood and aiport area.

I would NOT recommend this tour to anyone. Firstly, the hotel was very cheap and definitely needs to be upgraded. Secondly, our flight for the Grand Canyon was cancelled due to windy weather, which was understandable. However, it was unacceptable for them not informing us. Instead, we had to ring them to find out that that the tour was cancelled. The only highlight was seeing Las Vegas during the night.
