LuxBus tours and travels to Disneyland/California adventure offers good service. They are very punctual and polite. We were given a picked time of 7am at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and the tour bus was already waiting for us. The driver took our voucher and handed us our tickets to the theme park. They also said that they would pick us up at 8pm from Disneyland they were there at the pickup location on time.
I definitely recommend everyone to use LuxBus tours and travels for any tours of Los Angeles. They really provide a wonderful and enjoyable experience.

Great trip well organised and very punctual. Only negative would be the pickup time was before the fireworks which we would have liked to have seen.

I watched Disney every Sunday night as a kid, so at age 50 this was a dream come true to go to Disneyland. What can I say - perfect. The vehicles used to get you there and back are nice, new and clean. The staff were also clear with their instructions. Money well spent in my opinion. I was told that there are fireworks each night and the departure time of this tour precludes you from seeing them. I was not bothered by that. However if you had children they may wish to see the fireworks

Great day, but disappointed that we couldn't be picked up at our hotel. We had to book a taxi to and from a meeting place which added more expense we hadn't expected and time to a long day

Fantastic day, loved every minute of it!! The transportation was on time picking up and dropping off (if you are located in the Hollywood area, be aware that your pick up will likely be early than stated when you call for confirmation) I was by myself and got the park hopper ticket and was able to fit it all in one day. Didn't go on every single ride, but all of the main ones and got a lot done. If you are travelling alone and want to do both parks, it is do-able in one day but I recommend making use of the single rider lines especially at California Adventure as the lines and wait times for rides get really long and this cuts a lot of the waiting time and also starting at Disneyland on the rides that are the most popular as soon as you arrive as they are not as busy earlier in the morning, this way you should be able to get the most out of your day and avoid wasting a lot of time waiting in long lines. Make sure that if you do go over to California Adventure in the afternoon to come back for the parades at Disneyland at 4pm or 6.30pm.
