As I had never been to L.A before, the shuttle had been recommended to me by a good friend from Santa Monica. My flight was late and I was really tired. The shuttle rep at the airport was more than welcoming and the driver was more than helpful. He was a safe and conscientious driver and upon arriving at my hotel even helped me in with my case.
The return was a little late but I got to LAX in plenty of time and I can only say that I will from now on use the shuttle each time I travel to L.A county and am happy to recommend them to anybody considering booking a shuttle.
Booking through Viator was easy and very affordable and their customer service was nothing less than perfect.
The shuttle was early and has us to airport right on time. Friendly driver.

The shuttle was on time and reached the airport without any problems, actually got us there quicker then I had expected. The driver was friendly and assisted my handicapped friend without any problems.

Worth every cent. The curbside treatment was fragmented. I had to watch for my shuttle and had to ask the attendant if that was the correct shuttle.
