I'm glad they were flexible. I missed my scheduled shuttle because the bus I took from Santa Monica broke down halfway to the hotel causing me to be late. After talking to them, they said to get on the next shuttle. So I didn't have to pay extra to get myself to LAX.

Driving was hairy. The driver had passenger targets to meet and was driving far too fast.

Even thought my flight didn't leave until 6:30, the shuttle picked me up at 3:15. I had to sit waiting at the airport for hours.
