Again great way to see LA but a little disappointed on how far away the Hollywood sign was. Maybe there is another tour that takes you a bit closer.
This was a great way to get around. Los Angeles is very large and the buses provided 4 different routes so you could experience different parts of LA from Rodeo Drive to Santa Monica Pier and Fishermans Village. A fabulous way to get around and also to take great pics.
Great way to see around the city and gather info on everything. Really enjoyed.
This was a good tour my only complaint would be that the buses from the company used came very in frequently compared to the other tour buses that came round on a very regular basis
Great tour but tough LA traffic slowed buses down and played havoc with scheduling.
Definitely a great way to see the highlights of the area. I would recommend the 48 hour option to ensure enough time for multiple "loops".
I enjoyed the Hop-on Hop-off, but I think it would be better if there hours were extended. By 5pm you are done so you cannot see all or most of the sites.
This was a great way for first time travellers to get around a city. We jumped off at sights we wanted to see, did some shopping, took lots of photos and climbed n the next bus. The different routes that loop over each other let us go to all the places we wanted to see in 2 days. My only issue was transferring the viator ticket for a ticket to get on the bus, then changing it for a bus ticket.... It was very confusing and we were sent to at least 4 different booths and kiosks along the boulevard before all the paperwork was sorted
The Los Angeles Hop on Hop off Double Decker bus tour was pretty good, I got to see lots of interesting things and the guides were very informative. It was easy to use, got to most of the things I wanted to see and was great value for money. The only problems I had was that it took a long time to wait for the first bus at Santa Monica pier, waited over 45 minutes and it would have been nice if someone had let me know more routes had been added to their service - I had to get a taxi to the closest get on spot at Santa Monica, which cost over $50.00, then when I got there found out that a new service was going right past the hotel I was staying at.
Fairly standard hop on hop off with good coverage of LA. 2 days probably minimum to see everything.
A brilliant trip around LA, seeing areas I wouldn't otherwise have seen - a recommended deal.
Fantastic. A great way to see the city and beyond. Audio guide was informative.
LA is a big city so a good way of navigation. No loos on board so be prepared as some journeys 2.5 hours if you don't want to hop off and use to connect to other routes.
A great way to see the sights around LA without the stress of driving yourself there. Good narration points out things to see, although sometimes points it out after you have gone past it, or telling you things that aren't really of interest (like which celebrities used to dine at the restaurant that closed on that site a few years ago). We got the 48 hour pass and did 3 loops, was a great way to get to places that would have taken us 2 buses to get to from our hotel, with some sightseeing on the way.
