We are happy with the service for eight of us in a van with all the bags. Here you go outside the door after picking up your luggages and go the designated transfer area with the name of the local company contracted with Viator. We will use this service again in the future.

Shuttle transfer to San Pedro pier went smoothly. Representative was outside LAX terminal, as expected, and directed us when our ride arrived.

Great service from the Airport to the Cruise Ship. We only had to wait a few minutes for a shuttle to come and were the first to be dropped off which was nice.
Also the person at Viator who helped me book the shuttle was very helpful and offered insight into the area.

First we were concerned about getting on a van and secondly we were concerned about getting to the port on time. The loading procedure was complete chaos and, after getting on a van, it seemed that we were going to keep circling the arrival area until we had a full van load. However, after making the second drive through we continued on our way and learned that the driver will make a second pass in hopes of picking up more passengers. After arriving at our destination, and reflecting upon our experience, we concluded that, while we hate the load process, overall we had a good experience; the price was fair, we arrived at the port without being in a large group of people and the driver was very helpful with our bags. Therefore we would definitely use this service again.
Hope you do something about your loading process and recognize prepaid customers for loading. You seem to have the computer setup to accomplish this easily.
