Had to wait a while for a vehicle but this was probably due to me not confirming the connection close to pick up time as we were already on holidays and had no details about it. Staff were good and that got us to our destination on time and comfortably.

The driver had to wait two more passengers and the rest of us was sitting inside the van with no air and it was hot and stifling. The rest of the service was good.

Being driven around cruise terminal at least 4 times till van was full so frustrating (took at least 20 mins) till van full, trip to airport on,y only took 20 mins

When we arrived and spoke with the agent at San Pedro, she directed me to a van - BUT apparently did not record our names. We were crowded into a van with 10 other passengers. The baggage had to be set in the passenger seating area. I recommend that Prime Time in the future. This was unbelievable. In addition, the agent called me after being at the airport for two hours to inquire where I was. She did not check off our names at the port as being on the van.

Waited too long for the van to arrive, then waited too long for extra passengers to cram in the van. Next time I will spend the extra $5 and take the luxury coach.

I had made a reservation for 6 people to be transported from San Pedro to LAX. We were denied the use of the shuttle. I had a copy of the Booking Confirmation but not the voucher. The email which contained the Booking Confirmation did not make it clear that a separate form needed to be printed.

Service Poor - Girl at the Los Angeles Airport was extremely rude, unhelpful. Confusion - With Driver re: Location [San Pedro Pier 93- Long Beach] - No clarity between San Pedro Pier 93/Long Beach We had return booked we didn't use it service so poor and attitudes disgusting will not use use again.
