Front door delivery with no hassles! Much cheaper then taxi.
My husband and I were impressed by the staff, the comfort of the bus, and the timely departure and arrival. It was a pleasurable experience and we will use the service again.
Comfortable ride
Used feeder vehicle to meet up at central point to board bus - very smooth transition. Had tour of Anaheim to pick up other pax but interesting as we had not seen this area before. Noted from previous reviews that stops were not popular but this is par for the course & if this is a problem you can always take a private transfer & pay more! Drivers very helpful & professional & particularly liked door to door service..
The shuttle service was very professional and efficient - got us there quicker than expected! The driver was very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to book again.
Very comfortable ride! Pickup was on time, comfortable temperature and smooth ride. Trip took a little longer than expected as our hotel was outside of the downtown area - total time approximately 3.5 hours from LA to San Diego, including picking up of other guests and traffic. This is definitely the best way to travel between the two cities, much better than public transport, and no hassle of a rental car. Minimal commentary along the way as you travel the highway for the most part.
My driver was absolutely the best. He went out of his way to keep passengers informed and to ensure their comfort.
Apart from bus being late they where very good gave u lots of information

We had no commentary as stated in the booking. We were disappointed by this. Our pickup time of 7am was too early for an 11.30 booking. Other than these things everything went efficiently.
Regarding pick-up time sent several e-mails, got no detailed answer, bad communication in general. Never again will I use your services.
Disappointed, when I initially made this reservation, I was told that I could be dropped off at the hotel i was staying at in San Diego. When my trip was confirmed by the tour operator I was then told they do not drop off at my hotel. I then had to take a taxi from a hotel just 2 miles away. The trip which should've taken 21/2 hours to 4 + with all the stops. Next time I would rent a car.
It was not a direct shuttle service. We had to change buses.
Wouldn't use this option again, renting a car with drop off is cheaper, more efficient, time saving. While the workers seemed to be nice people, but most did not know what was going on. I was not in a hurry, but felt I was adrift.
Terrible! A published 2-hour trip took 4 hours due to NUMEROUS hotel pick-ups, esp in Anaheim. In hindsight, I advise all to take the train or maybe even a plane.
