These tickets were wonderful. They were the reason for my trip to Universal. Thanks.

We really recommend this. We had a fabulous time, and having front of line passes meant that, as a family with only one day to spend here, we were able to fully enjoy all the rides and shows without any long queues. We would do it again without question.

Shrek 4D and Waterworld shows were the best part of the day. Studio lot tour was pretty cool too.

Not quite the standard of Disneyland, but worth a visit if you're in the area. The front of line pass was worth the extra money!

Depending on what time of year you go and how long you'll be at the park makes a big impact on whether or not the Front of The Line Pass is worth it. We just went in early October and if it weren't for us only going for 1 day, we probably could have gotten by without purchasing the Front of The Line Pass. Even though early October the attendance seemed "light", we had the peace of mind that we would for sure get on to rides and see attractions pretty quickly. That was a benefit for us because we were only there one day. It also was nice to be able to get a little "extra" special treatment by staying behind after the shows to meet the cast or ask questions. It worked out perfectly. I do not regret for one minute spending the extra money on Front of The Line tickets. It saved us a lot of time which was worth more than the money at that time.

Front of line was good. But had to stand in line for 40 minutes just to "exchange" voucher for tickets. Kind of stupid to get to bypass the line tickets, having already paid for them online and then have to stand in line to get what you already paid for. After that, good experience once in the park. Just hate the "voucher" idea. Really needs to be changed to print at home.

The front of line passes are a must have if you want to get everything done. The Waterworld Show is a lot of fun . . . it's better than the movie!! Also, do the blacklot tour - it's a classic and a must-do. The bus driver was very funny and had an opinion on just about everything!!

The lines weren't too long when we went, but I can imagine that they can be and this would definitely worth the cost.

Your Front of Line Pass system could be improved by ensuring that the pass holders were given preferential viewing treatment. As we found out, we were pushed out of way by the people who had payed less for their Universal Studios experience.

Having the Front Lines passes saved the day. We were able to avoid all lines and get to see everything at the park. Well worth the extra money!

Our family of 5 with 3 teenage boys ages 11, 13, and 15 really enjoyed Universal Studios. It was especially helpful to have the front of line pass, which meant we didn't have to wait. Buying it at Viator was much cheaper than buying at Universal Studios.

Excellent experience. Front of Line Pass not really essential out of season, although it did make for a more relaxing day.

This is a no brainer for those with limited time to spend! We visited on a weekday and were able to ride our favourites more than once. Other parks where we didn't have this facility we found hard to get around and missed some rides because of queue times.
